first thing there was a job conference between the manager her subordinate and a mother looking for a job for her daughter. I waited for minimum of ten minutes or longer. not the place for negotiation. then they ordered subs then my turn. I asked for whole wheat bread and I was told we don't have any. then I asked for Italian and she had it. of course her disposition while waiting on me was certainly less than desirable, she acted like she was there too long. after completing the sub I was treated like a non existent. what a way to be treated. no wonder the ratings are terrible

Hello? Walked in and no one's in the store. Called the number to see if someone would come out and nothing. Waited 5 minutes then left.

I’ve gotten better service and quality of food from other subways in the county. Asked for extra on my sandwich and got little to nothing on my sandwich. If the person wasn’t busy entertaining a group of men that weren’t placing an order maybe my sandwich would have been made correctly who knows. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The attitude from the store employee is wild first no name tag to even accurately name the employee … no hair net on with hair dangling over top of my food …. I ordered pick up from subway app . Instead of calling and letting me know they were out of wraps they waited until I got in store …. I’m unsure if he was the only one working but he needs a reality check on the attitude I didn’t make you to work at subway. Never again . Maybe re training on customer service will help this location.

I walked in. No one in sight. The lady I thought was a customer, was the employee. I paid 10 bucks for a salad. See picture. Horrible service. Salad that don't even qualify for salads. I will not rerurn.return. This is suppose to be a BMT with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, olives. DO NOT recommend.

WORST Subway ever. All the employees need to be replaced immediately or shut the place down. So sorry that I inconvenienced you when I came in to order food. Extremely rude.....every time. Please spread the word how bad the employees are at this location.

This subway is absolutely foul from its employees to the food. I had ordered two sandwich for people with allergies. When i picked up my order it was all wrong, despite having every ingredient on the receipt. The employees are not able to identify bread. This staff is LAZY, and ready to close an hour and thirty minutes before their actual closing time. This location is inconsiderate and trashy. You are better off getting subway from walmart, and that is always a hard no from me. When asking for help they will send you in loopholes. Denying you a refund when numerous things are wrong. I am not the type to leave reviews but this was a truly terrible experience.Dietary restrictions: This location does not follow dietary restrictions

This Subway is foul!! Atrocious customer service. One worker must have been making an online order. He never said “be with you in a minute.” Two other workers doing something in back. The same never said “sorry, be with you in a minute.” We stood there for 5 minutes like we were invisible.” ………ghetto!!! Walked out.

I USE to be a regular here until things went downhill very quickly. This subway is Absolutely GROSS. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE STORE MANAGER (aka blonde greasy ponytail) KELLY (FAUGHT) WHEN SHE IS MARRIED WHEN SHE IS NOT MARRIED ITS KELLY (TAYLOR) ALL DEPENDS ON WHO SHES TALKING TO....POINT BLANK SHE IS A ACTIVE DRUG ADDICT. I ALONG WITH PLENTY OF OTHERS HAVE WATCHED HER FALL ASLEEP WHILE MAKING FOOD. PEOPLE EVEN HAVE VIDEO OF THIS!!!! YUCK. NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE. THE DISTRICT MANAGER.. I THINK HIS NAME IS NADISH... KNOWS ALL OF THIS. BUT HE JUST COMES TO "FIX" HER NUMBERS THAT ARE ALWAYS WRONG. INSTEAD OF FIXING ANY REAL OBVIOUS ISSUES. WHICH HE HAS CONTIUED TO DO FOR YEARS. I GUESS ITS A SECRET!?!?!????

The girl with the consistently greasy blonde ponytail is always so rude, slow, and has the worst customer service I will literally never be back. Also the store doesn’t take promo codes so don’t waste your time because they will tell you they do only to have you standing there looking d*** when the app says they don’t lol.
