I would not recommend dining here, unless you're looking for a upscale vibe with a overpriced tasteless entree. My husband and I decided to give this place a try despite the reviews. We ordered the crab dip as an appetizer, it was devine on the higher side price wise but it was nice and creamy with a great flavor the crab did not over power the dip. My husband ordered the stuffed shrimp with cole slaw and green beans, it is not at all what it seems. The shrimp comes in a ceramic boat smothered with a creamy crab meat topping, the cole slaw was like eating dry cabbage, the green beans were served approx. 6-7 minutes after the entrees were brought to the table and sprinkled with a dash of seasoning, awful! I ordered the fish n' chips, just a standard dish with french fries and hush puppies served with a side of remoulade. The fish was a beer battered chunk of fish. That is all you tasted beer & very dry fish, no seasoning, salt black pepper nothing, it was very distasteful! When a dish is served with a sauce it should compliment the dish, you should not have drown the the fish in the sauce to give it flavor, the hush puppies were good, the fries were okay. Overall this place is not worth the time or money spent. So do not take these reviews lightly. There is however a restaurant across the street (Island Hideaway) that has a phenomenal menu and the staff will really sale you.
My server was super sweet, had my birthday dinner here. Ordered fried oysters and stuffed shrimp dinner. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant and food came out quick as well. Views of the water are great! Highly recommendParking: Parking can be a challenge, you may need to walk a bit

My husband and I visited during the Taste of Solomon's Island event. The sangria was super strong. The crabby mac and cheese very filling (though it had a considerable amount of shells in it which I detest). I wasn't disappointed necessarily but I wasn't wowed either. I was pleased enough to give it another shot and explore the menu a bit more.
Rode hard and put up wet. This place has not been kept in good condition. Outdoor area is aging very badly.. Food is horrible and menu is uninspiring. This could be an excellent locals restaurant, instead of just being an "over 60's" locals bar. Best part of this place is the view and the bartenders on the back deck. By far the worst food on the island. Sad.
This place was just okay. The view of the water and sunset is gorgeous if you time it right. It was too cold for us to sit outside, though. Inside it was mostly people at the bar. The pretzel crab dip was to die for, but the rest of our food was just okay. This is someplace I'd go more for appetizers and drinks at the bar.
You got to go out the one that’s the lower deck. Go all the way out where they open up all of the sides to all the birds landing on the pillars out in the water so entertaining. An array of cocktails food is quick and very good and the chocolate cake is to die for. The staff has always been friendly. I went here years ago during a bar crawl. One heck of a fun place
The location on the Pier is very cool and the views of the river are fantastic. We each ordered soup and it was not very warm. I was pleased to see gluten-free options on the menu. The food was all right but there were some flies in the dining area that were mildly bothersome.
So I give them 4 stars for Brunch, since that is my vibe. I'm a brunch expert, so I know what is good or not up and down the east and west side of the Chesapeake. This isn't Annapolis or Baltie, so that is a different market. This is SOMD. It is essentially all you can eat. Waffle station - check Standard breakfast items (eggs, bacon, links, biscuits, etc) - check Dessert station - check Steamed shrimp - check Some kind of cut meat - check Breakfast booze - check (priced separately) don't miss.
Great food and excellent service. View and breeze were outstanding compliments to our meal
Stopped here on our first evening in the area just in time for sunset. We were seated immediately - we chose the inside dining area. Drinks came quickly & our waitress was attentive throughout our dinner. We started off with apps which were pretty good, but the star of the meal for me was the Lobster Roll - verrrrry good! We also were treated to an awesome sunset visible from our table. We sat inside as it was a hot day, but the outdoor area looked to be hoppin' ..next visit (& cooler weather) we'd like to dry the outdoor seating. All-in-all a good experience!
We went here today for a later lunch and had a great overall experience. Our waitress, Bella, was absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough. Great job!! We ordered the crab pretzel off of the appetizer menu to share and I ordered the crab cake sandwich. The crab pretzel came out great and was very filling. The crab cake sandwich was massive. Hands down the best crab cake I ever had easily. The bun was a very nice accent to the crab. Crab is market price so expect to pay for good quality crab meat but it was so worth it! Great overall experience with both food and staff!! Look forward to our next visit!
Oysterrrrrs! I was so pleased with them. Big and juicy, fresh piping hot with plenty to share. I disliked bar area. Too loud. But viewon water made up for it? Fast service. Menu wasn't overbearing.
We stopped here for brunch while in town and it did not disappoint. The brunch is a buffet style and it offered many options from an omelette station, waffle station, to a variety of other items such as bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuit with gravy, pastries to other items. We really had plenty to eat. The staff is friendly and provided good service.
$31 MP to add a single crab cake to a salad as of Aug '22. That's it, that's my review.
