Bad customer service

I want to thank the homemade flavor and the staff, especially those who work at Oxon Hill who made this cake and left it perfect, a thousand thanks to each of the people who were part of this cake ?

Worst place where you can buy I don't usually make comments but this place did disappoint me, they charged me 36 dollars for such a small cake and according to it was tres leches and it was drier than anything the horrible bread I don't recommend buying in this place.

Today I went to buy some tamales, I looked at the bread and grabbed some cookies and some churros, when I went to pay a young woman was talking on the cell phone, she didn't care that I was waiting to pay, then with a very unpleasant attitude she attended me I asked her How much were the tamales? He only answered two, I asked him the chicken and corn ones? To which she totally ignored me, she started talking to her partner! I will not return to this place, I do not recommend it, the bread is very expensive and the bayan horrible service at the dulce vida bakery ?

Fatal a week ago I spent buying a portion of thousand leaves with another 4 portions of bread and they bought me 23 dollars, only the small piece of thousand leaves was worth 8 dollars too much

The truth is, if you are looking for tres leches cakes and don't want to be disappointed, don't buy here, the cakes are not tres leches, they are dry. The only thing about tres leches are the small ones that they sell in portions. And I don't recommend it for tres leches cakes and I think it's not good for there to be a lot of mosco parandoce in the bread

I paid almost $40 for an 8inch cake that was supposed to be tres leches. The cake was drier than a rock under the sun. It didn't taste bad but it was very dry. The donuts and bread were delicious

They used to sell really good bread but now they’re selling old bread and it’s extremely hard. Need to sell fresh and keep the same recipe as it was before.

It seems that they are the same people who worked in the pastry shop before and the price of the bread is too high for the poor quality of the product they are selling

They are so shameless that the French bread that they already sell bagged is mixed with old bread so that customers think it is fresh bread, call to complain and there is never a manager to respond, that is not done, old bread is cheap, it is given away or thrown away. But don't deceive customers with that, fresh bread is known because that's why you go to the bakery, if not, then you'll buy it already packaged because I know it's not fresh bread.
