A normal run of the mill KFC with a somewhat confusing drive-thru. The staff is nice enough and professional though. I've stopped here several times on the way to Gettysburg and have found the service consistent on the weekends when stopping.

I stopped in here for lunch. I wanted all dark meat and asked if that was an option. Sure it is they said so I ordered 3 drumsticks. They were cooked well. Had Mac and cheese and fries. Great fast service which was ready before I even got finished paying.

If I could give this Restaurant a negative review I would. I ordered a few items and some french fries. When I pulled off and looked at my fries, There were only 5 fries in a box with a lot of crumbs and the fries were cold. So I circled back through the drive through and told the worker at the drive through window my issue. This rude monster who seemed to be the manage, came to the window & gave me a large frie as if she was doing me a favor after I spent my money & rudely says" I'm giving you a large frie, the next time you want more you need to order more!" She slammed the window in my face As if it was my problem they served those old crumbs & I know for a facts that 5 fries are not the portion. Just lazy and didn't want to make fresh ones. Every other time I came for chicken, they are always out. Then she had the nerve to say don't come back ? like you lucky I came back in the first place because there is never good service & always short staff. If you don't like your job find a new one. Just old & nasty with a nasty attitude

Place is a dump. 50% of the time the food is or is nearly inedible. Today I got 4 pack of chicken rollers ( basically taquitos) they were hard as a rock. They were so dried out they felt almost weightless like a thin paper straws. I have no clue how an employee thought “oh these are still good” literally blows my mind. I know it’s just a fast food place but geeze. Iv said it before but this time I’m definitely never going back here. Makes it worse when I try to complain using the info on the receipt but it’s all for KFC when they food came from Taco Bell side. Makes doing the survey complicated. Brings me to kfc website with different receipt number options and questions then a Taco Bell receipt. F y’all

I went here… tried to order 4 pot pies and was told they couldn’t make any. Tried to order 8 piece family meal and was told they couldn’t make it extra crispy had to do half and half… then was told that they were out of breasts so needed to substitute for a leg instead… asked if they could do a tender instead of a leg at which point someone different came on the speaker shouting at me that they do not offer substitutions. I called after leaving to let the manager know that I was disappointed that I was told no to 3 things I wanted to order and then told that I was not allowed to substitute. At that time the manager on duty told me she didn’t have time to cook pot pies or make extra crispy chicken I should be happy to have food tonight and hung up on me… being in the service industry myself i can’t imagine treating customers this way.

The cashier at the counter was so polite and trying to help all the guests in the lobby. We all had to wait a bit. Then I heard someone yell at her from the back and tell her to come back and help, that she couldn't do drive through alone. "The front will just have to wait" she yelled. I feel super lucky I was at the front of the line and now I'm not waiting like the rest of the lobby.I'm guessing you guys need more employees. If you only have two people on a Friday night you're going to struggle. Maybe hire more employees? And give the woman in the back a break, she's clearly stressed out. Kudos to the amazing girl that waited on me!I got chips and cheese although I ordered chips and guacamole. I'm too scared to go up and ask for guacamole...so 1 star on the food
This place is awful. Can't do a mobile order from TB, the KFC chicken is either out, or awful. The chicken I got was almost black it was so old and obviously cooked in dirty grease.
