This place is a gem! The food is surprisingly good! I had the whiting wings and fries for lunch, everything was cooked to perfection! The hot honey wings are off the Richter scale!! I'll be back to try the crab fries soon! If your in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out!

This is a humble, small-town, Black-owned and operated seafood restaurant.If you didn't know about the restaurant it's easy to pass by it. It's a cute setup on the outside.The restaurant does orders via: call-in, in-person, dine in, and third party delivery (DoorDash, Über Eats, GrubHub, et cetera) methods. The menu is specific yet has enough that it's varied??, and not too much that would show they cook general, too broad of food types (which is a GOOD sign 'Crave It On Main') doesn't indicate ??.I gotta say I bought the Crab Fries and Strawberry Lemonade ??, and that's probably going to be one of my fave meals in rotation ☺️????. I love the Cayenne spice zing of the crab Fries.When I see Crab Fries on ANY menu - I instantly order it because: 1) it's rare seeing it on menus PERIOD but honestly, 2) EVERY seafood restaurant/other restaurant that makes Crab Fries ?? does them differently ?. So, if you find them on a menu anywhere, YOLO and see how that prospective restaurant does theirs.I'll be back for more of those. And the Strawberry Lemonade is an amazing price-point please don't EVER change this. It could be your additional bread-and-butter ? ? ?! 10/10 I love it and was happily satisfied and stuffed ?!Loved it ?:The camaraderie, candor, and assumably family?? working relationship the restaurant staff hasvis beautiful. You can tell it was authentic and warm. I live how friendly the young Black staff guy was and how efficient he was working register and cooking. I could easily see the older staff as his grandparents or parents. The older gentleman answering the phone was hilarious with his customer service no-nonsense skills ??.(He'd probably not looking to get re-trained on this and most likely has an old skill mentality with respect to his communication style ???♀️...)So, after ordering I gave a good tip to them ☺️.Improve it ?:• 'Crave It On Main' staff should push that they are a Black-owned restaurant using a, bold poster, same as the small sign near the register. I love supporting amazing Black-owned businesses and want to ensure you all are best presented/promoted ☺️?? !• I am pretty sure they deliver using GrubHub, Door Dash ?✅ etc, so maybe within the delivery radius of < 10 miles or so do they operate delivery? I'd call or consult their website to find out how far of a distance do their drivers make order deliveries. (Third-party websites usually indicate whilst ordering if they deliver to a location or if the restaurant does or doesn't lie within the allowable delivery distance ☝??.)All-in-all I will be reordering from this amazing restaurant and I want to buy more next time! It was such a treat. Thank for being in business and your delicious seafood dish goodness ?!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options aren't necessarily labeled (maybe moreso implied), so foods like cornbread, coleslaw, corn are vegetarian. The is a seafood restaurant ??? ??, so there are not going to be as many explicitly vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies, are gluten-free, diabetic, have a sensitive digestive system, etc I would suggest you inform the restaurant staff prior to ordering.
Parking: If you venture inside for ordering, there is a sign near the cash register instructing visitors/customers to ask for a parking pass ?️. I wish this was better posted OUTSIDE the restaurant but maybe the staff don't want potential abuse of their parking pass system...However, I never knew that the restaurants/businesses in the town of Upper Marlboro even had the ability to do parking passes ?. Who knew ?!
Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is kid-friendly related to the menu. Most of the items kids who are non-picky, allergy-free, seafood-friendly, the kid(s) should be able to eat any of the food menu options.

I found this little gem shortly after they opened in 2020. Great food and customer service. I haven’t tried a large variety of items but the crab fries, shrimp, and half & half are EVERYTHING! Don’t forget one of their speciality sauces!
I had the wingettes and shrimp with green beans, crabcake sandwich, and a piece of catfish. I was very satisfied with this meal. Everything was excellent.

GREAT food at Crave It on Main is an American cuisine restaurant that is a hiden jewel. In business for 3 years in downtown Main St. of Upper Marlboro, MD. I ordered fish and shrime today. GREAT.
