Customer service is below non existent, I moved to Waldorf about a month ago and I got dominos a total of 3 times , even though the pizza was not perfect it was good enough to be satisfied, but thats not the problem,the first time we ordered by 12 year old brother got the door for the delivery and the driver took advantage of his age and said he does not have change and he will come back to give change. He did not. The 2nd time was pleasant and I was the one to handle the delivery, it was pleasant got my change and I let the driver know of my past experience (as it turns out the driver does not work at this location all the time )but told me they let them know &I got an email for points ,ok. Cool the 3rd and final time, we ordered pizza I got the door the driver told me ,"he got no change " (just for future reference it is company policy that drivers have change no greater than a 20$) and I could tell he wasn't about to give me my pizza not my problem if you don't got change ,so I told him its fine ,after I ate the pizza I called the locations to complain but they kept saying not my district and passing me to the next and finally I got to this one and the manager told me he called the driver to give me the change he never did come,so if you want dominos go to a better location outside Waldorf or order carry out before I moved they gave me change they had change on them.

I placed an order over the phone for 8 buffalo wings. The young man who took my order over the phone with a very nice gentleman, which is why I gave two stars. However, when my food got here, the wings were not all the way cooked through, and they barely had any buffalo sauce on them. First glance, I could tell that the wings were not cooked all the way cooked through but I still did try them just to make sure, which they were not. I immediately, threw the box in the trash and I called them and the manager answered the phone. During this time, I did not know that this was the manager who had answer the phone because she said hold on for one second after I told her the problem I had with my food. As I sat on hold for five minutes, I realized I wasn’t being taken off so I called back and another young lady answered the phone and I asked her could I speak with her manager. I was on hold for maybe 30 seconds and then the manager picked up the phone. I then recognized the voice and it was the same lady who had put me on hold for five minutes and I said hey so you’re the manager and she said yes. Her tone and demeanor was just screaming she didn’t care and then she offered to give me half off of my next order which completely rubbed me the wrong way because now I’m never ordering with you guys again.I work in customer service, so I know how things can be sometimes but 0/10, do NOT recommend

Domino’s kind of lost it! The joint on Crain Highway was a hit a couple of years ago. The workers really took pride in preparing the food. Really friendly, now it’s like ??♂️ really no other pizza spot I like around the Waldorf area. It’s ok don’t get me wrong just have to catch the right person in there now.

So annoying. Why do I have to go through a whole rigamarole for two mf medium pizzas?? The store is 7 min from my house so HOW am I not in the "delivery zone" ????? Then I call the store and the worker gonna say "we'll deliver to your house if you tip the driver."

Ordered pizza the driver name is latif our ordered took so long we called was told that the driver got pulled over so we said ok just bad luck for the driver called the store because the tracker said our order was delivered and only thing they could come up with was something must have happened to your order we will NEVER EVER order from this place again BEWARE now I see why this place has low stars

Love the pick 2 for $5.99 each deal. Cheaper than going to buy all ingredients to make a pizza, sub or salad! Don't forget about the increase in food at the grocer. Go pick up a sub and salad and say hi to the friendly staff!

This place really sucks! The customer service is non existent. My pizza was not done correctly so I called to complain. No apology was given. The phone answerer questioned me accusingly. Said he would send another one but I would have to return the wrong one. Was not compensated for my inconvenience at all! Never again. Also the food is not secure at all. No tape no bag nothing. Think twice
