Honestly, this place was ok when they had a decent staff. Now, it’s going too far. I’ve been to this store numerous times and have seen a younger manager lady in black that is completely disrespectful. I think her name was Elli. Believe me. I’ve seen it on THREE separate occasions. I own two stores and I would NEVER treat my employees the way I’ve seen her treat the employees. Personally, I would look into her behavior.. On top of that, I get smaller portions here than any other location.. And the wait times. And them mixing up boxes… Let me know when you start caring about your customers or even your employees for that matter

It's always something here. Between long wait times, rude management, tiny servings, and the overall feeling that these employees get treated awfully, the only reason I come is because my kids like the food. Every time I've come here, the female manager is always giving an employee a hard time for little to no reason. I've had short conversations with other customers in line about her energy. She should consider working somewhere where she doesn't have to talk to any employees. Truthfully, she shouldn't work anywhere that involves customer service. I will unfortunately be back again at some point, and I hope they will have made changes by then.. Next time I'll be less observant and more vocal.

I must say this Panda Express is the best one I have EVER been to in my life. The Establishment was clean and smelled like bleach in the dining area. The food was delicious! The food was packed very well.! The only thing I did not like was when I was requesting a smaller box for a side and in the middle of me telling her what I wanted she busts out telling me how much it was. If I'm buying something and I asked for it I have the money to pay for it. I do not like when someone is constantly like this is going to be an extra $3 so this is going to be an extra $5. If I ask for it put it on there bill me for it I'm going to pay for it. I've had to tell her that twice but my husband said sometimes people get to the cash register and say oh I didn't know that that was extra. So with that being said I must say that my experience here what's Grand. Every time, even when I order it and have it sent to my home.I had pictures I must have deleted them, I'll take pictures and put them up here the next time.

I don’t know why this location even when there’s two customers in front of me, it takes them 20mins to get the line to move. I understand there is a drive through but even when that is empty it takes them forever to get to you…. Also out of various panda expresses I’ve been to this location always gives little to small portion size. I always have to tell them to put some more because they do less than normal portion. Forgot to get the name but the cashier with glasses was real nice, great customer service and apologized for the wait.

It's decent, just not above average. I could give a great deal of tips to improve... one, the chow mein noodles should be in an oil/water-based sauce to keep them from drying out. Noodles are supposed to slide down your pallet, not stick or be chewed like met!!
