The staff is always wonderful when I come in with my daughter for her weekly boba tea. I also see a bunch of whiners on here. If you want a five-star dining experience then don't go to a mall food court, and if you're that afraid of COVID then do us all a favor and stay home... especially the Karen with 60 reviews who's getting compensated to complain!

I ordered the pad thai which tasted good BUT there were egg shells all through out it. Every other bite was crunchy with the shells and eventually instead of spitting them out, I just threw the whole thing away.

We enjoy to go out. Last night we visited this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a lovely evening there with excellent food and a courteous crew and a professional chief cook. We put this place in our phone list and we will surely return soon. We deeply recommend.

I watched them cook and setup all the food without masks today July 16th 2020. The guy cooking was coughing a lot!! This is really scary and they obviously don’t care about health standards or Covid. I hope y’all didn’t eat there today.... I contacted the mall management and this will be addressed I hope.

Please do not eat here they are giving out bad food. It had some sort of slime to it and it smelled bad it made my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't even get past the first couple bites!
Had to show love and give this place love. The negative reviews are incredibly petty. Too many cupcakes. The place is clean. The people are nice. They give a great quantity of food. The prices are fair. The pad Thai noodles are made in front of you...It's wonderful. 5 stars. Try it out y'all. Don't be boujie.

I'm starting my 10 reviews or less series. These are restaurants that have had 10 or less reviews. Ruby Thai Kitchen in Wheaton Mall happens to have exactly 10 reviews, and I will make it 11. I live close to Wheaton Mall, and they have a pretty solid food court and other eating options that are not part of the food court. One cold Winter night, I was desperate for dinner, and I knew Wheaton Mall had many possible options. I couldn't decide what I wanted. Ruby Thai gave me a sample, and I thought the sample was pretty good; so I decided to go with it. I got a 2 entree plate with chicken & noodles, and it realized that the Thai was sub-par. It wasn't terrible; it just wasn't that good. I realized the food was too salty. It was fine for the sample, but after eating a few bites of a meal, I realized that it was a disappointment. There are definitely better options in Wheaton Mall.
