My husband and I stopped here for lunch while riding the C&O Canal Towpath. Our salads were absolutely delicious. Fresh, healthy ingredients, lots of veggies and wonderful dressing options. Plus the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

went here to have my LO1st birthday cake done aswell as a smash cake. they did amazing!!! that I went back a second time for my LO 2nd birthday. I was a bit disappointed at the fact that the colors weren't what I originally asked for. I had asked for a specific cake flavor and was given something I didn't ask for. I had some party desserts done aswell those were okay. the cake itself wasn't fully done as it looked doughy and not fluffy like cakes should be. My guests all didn't grab a piece they went for the cupcakes we had bought from the store instead. 1st timers luck maybe? I really wished they would've asked questions before making the cake & confirming the flavors and details for it. I will not say to others to not go, because they can do an amazing job!!! they just didn't do it for me a 2nd time around at all. so Good luck!

I was visiting my childhood home from Texas, arrived just in time to get a hug from the owner!Not only was the food spectacular -- I had a turkey sandwich, and my parents enjoyed Reuben sandwiches for which they are famous -- but the staff are warm and inviting. Locals swear their soups are to die for.Everyone will feel welcome at this oasis of culinary delight, nestled in tiny Williamsport.

Was such a great place years ago. Now you get yelled at and berated for not knowing their walk in rules. Might want to put up a sign and not a piece of paper handwritten, barley legible. Limited ice cream flavors (used to be plentiful now 4). Hope your business turns around or you'll lose customers fast.
Desert Rode Cafe has the BEST gazpacho and chai tea that I’ve ever consumed in my 55+ years of life. The soup is so well seasoned with visible bits of cucumbers and my taste buds were delighted. No matter where my travels have taken me around this globe, I am anxious to return to the magic of Rose’s chai. Hurry on over for unbeatable food!!
