We stopped at Scoop-A-Licious by searching online for an ice cream shop while traveling from D.C home. This place was a magnificent find! Prices were good for as much as you get. Would recommend travelers to stop here. Service was great too!

Place charges $9.25 for a small twister (soft serve) and water. And the twister includes old Reese’s peanut butter cups that look and taste like they were fresh three weeks ago, which resulted in a rough feeling. NYC prices and Hagerstown quality all in one!

Took my work crew there for ice cream. 8:30 at night and was greeted with a smile. One person working handled our whole order like a pro wait time was almost nothing. The ice cream was fantastic.

Such a yummy treat right up the street. What better way to end a nice long evening walk than swinging by for a delightful treat!! They even have pup treats!! She loved it.

This place was amazing when it first opened and throughout its year of opening, however not only has the prices went completely higher than it was but the service started to lack good customer service, along with that the amount of ice cream they give to you for that high price is not worth it. I will consider going elsewhere for now on. In all honesty if it wasn't for it being close to my home, I would have stopped coming here awhile ago.
Soft serve reminds me of the soft serve from Ponderosa..that ice chocolate kind. Hard ice cream was so so.

One of my favorite places. Everything I've had was good. I just wished they had the flurry blending machine. Just the thought of the vanilla soft serve blended with.....LAWD I think I'm going tomorrow for another Scoop-A-Liciousness!

We visited on 6/15/23, and ive been coming here since it opened. It used to be a very friendly atmosphere, but ive never felt so rushed to get done ordering 3 simple things, we couldnt even finish one item without being asked “is that all”. Im assuming it was the constant interruption from this employee during each item on the order that resulted in us getting the wrong stuff. Unacceptable staff interaction to a costumer.
