I hate to leave a negative but I've had one too many negative experiences here. Quality has gone down but prices have gone up. I won't be giving it any more chances.

We moved to the area almost two months ago and this place has quickly become one of our favorites! The prices are great, our food is always delicious, and the dumplings are perfection! My only suggestion is to not go in expecting friendly customer service or to dine in. They have a table set up across the main door so it's take out only, which is always fine with me but some might not appreciate. The only employee I've ever dealt with isn't the friendliest but the food hasn't disappointed yet!

Used to order here a long time ago and it was always good.Tonight, not so much! The person working the window was pretty rude. No “hi” or greeting like the woman who used to be there. Instead he was standoffish. “What did you order” when I got to the counter. The food was really disappointing!I ordered General Tso’s and it the chicken was coated in a red sauce. I’ve never seen it in a red sauce and it had no spice as the description says. They were also cold in the middle, as if they were cooked quickly. This was definitely not General Tao’s. I’m pretty sure it was mixed with the red sweet and sour sauce. We also got lo mein as an option with the meal, and that was horrible. Not at all what I was expecting for the additional cost. The spring rolls were fried way to hard and were way to over cooked. The only thing that was “ok” was the chicken fingers, which half of them were missing the other half of the coating and were rock hard from being over cooked. Not to mention, $45 worth of food and they gave NO duck sauce or soy sauce. He didn’t even ask if I wanted any. My bad for assuming it was in the bag.Really disappointed and will probably never go there again!Should have stuck with my partners suggestion and went across the bridge toFour Seasons in Brewer!

Even though the food was good the service wasn’t. As I ordered…. The guy taking the order told me ok if you can say it right…? So I just repeated myself and we got our food and

I ordered take out from this place. For an order of sesame chicken, pork fried rice and teriyaki beef it was $25. I was not told that white rice already comes with the chicken. I received no plasticware.and no duck sauce. The food was fresh but I can't justify visiting this place more than once or twice a year.

We've eaten from Chinese restaurants across Canada and the New England states over the past couple of weeks. The food here was the best so far. Not as good as expensive restaurants, but good for takeout and the price.Note: This is a strictly take out or delivery place. No tables available inside.

Omg I have gone their so many times and I had a bad incident and they gave me old lunch time food.l! I called and they just yelled in another language at me! This place is not respectable at all I have never dealt with people so blantenly disrespectful. The chicken was so dry and crusty and mooshy on the outside the rice was so gross do not go their later in the day! If you have issues they will just pass the phone to each other screaming! I have never ever had service so bad! All I wanted was a nice hot fresh meal! So 51.00 of my hard earned money gone in the trash i couldn't even give it to my dog! They are so RUDE!! I have never left a bad review but wow the behavior of these people! Me and my family will never go here again and I go at least once a week!Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your child if you say something they don't like they will yell in their language!

Operating hours posted as 11:00 to 8:00 pm with Mondays closed I went at 1:15 pm Friday. Was very rudely told they were not open until 3, though the open sign was showing and the door was open, I have had good food there in the past but the young man taking orders is not very personable and has a personality of a stick. I really don't foresee my self returning with other establishments so close and much nicer staff.

Best Chinese take-out in the Bangor area.I've tried all of the Chinese food places within a ~20m drive of downtown Bangor and No 1 kitchen is *actually* number 1.Always fast and fresh. Ordering on the phone might be a little unclear but they never mess up our order.
