Best Latté ever. Pastry so fresh. Stop in, grab something and have a seat. The aroma of fresh bread when you first walk in is captivating. Just go!

Grazie mille, Nylaina, for your superb advice and help, and to Simone per un cornetto stupendo e uno stirato fanstastico. Still soaring on recollections of savoring Simone's creations and yesterday's time in Solo Pane, the place in which I can get closest to Rome on this side of the Atlantic. Bravissimi a tutti.

Solo Pane is amazing, you will not find better pastries in New England. Literally every item is amazing, we tried the Baba , Almond Croissant, Sfogitelle, pizza , milk bread, cibatta bread , you can't go wrong with anything you buy at Solo Pane.

A slice of Italy in the midcoast. Solo Pane e Pasticceria transported us to the European bakeries we often fall in love with during our travels. From the moment we walked inside, we were taken aback by the smell of fresh bread and the dozens of picture-perfect pastries. My partner had a savory snack, and I had a yummy pastry filled with hazelnut butter that was just incredible. We were both impressed by the quality, presentation, and taste. At $5-7 on average for a pastry, they aren’t necessarily the cheapest, but they are worth it. Add a coffee from their dedicated coffee bar, and you’ll get an authentic Italian breakfast for around $10. I also heard they do aperitifs… I so wish I lived closer! The “worst” thing about Solo Pane is having to decide what you’ll order — everything looked divine.

My husband's birthday, he loves Italian cheesecake, hard to find in maine. They had it and it was really, really good. I called the day before and they held 3 slices for the day I picked it up.

The best Italian bakery i've ever frequented in Maine--and one of the best i've ever visited outside of Italy! The aroma when you enter is just like a Roman Pasticceria with a number of exquisite biscotti & cornetti options. The coffee is superb! The white pizza/focaccia is as good as any I ever had living in & travelling to Italy over the past 30+ years.

We are so lucky to have this shop in Bath! The whole wheat sourdough bread is incredible. We buy a few loaves a week. All the pastries are delicious and everyone is friendly and helpful.
