We had some terrific meals here during our month in Blue Hill. The food was always excellent and the vibe and service effortless. I have to say, the burger is the best in town. The fried lobster Mac n Cheese was a guilty indulgence we found hard to pass up on, too. The outdoor patio fills up fast so we just arrived at 5 to get our dinner early if we wanted to sit out doors. Thank you Thurstons!
So delightful! There is a beautiful patio with several tables that fills up quickly - so get there early!The hostess Kate is an absolute gem- she's warm and accommodating. We sat downstairs next to a lovely creek view.Huge selection of local Maine beers, several tasty looking entrees. The mussels were divine - I could drink the broth! We like it but the menu seemed more limited than last time we ate there. We love the atmosphere and the staff are super nice. The only real dinner they have for vegans is an impossible burger, one salad a one cauliflower appetizer.
