Wouldn’t you Like to know
Went through the drive through at 7 am and they made us go back around cause we had ordered three wake up wraps and a hash brown on the app. And the second time we went through the line they then informed us they no longer had hash browns and no whip cream. The cashier was rude and acted disgruntled when we asked to be refunded for the hash browns and the latte be made minus the whip cream. Doesn’t make sense when they make money from customers ordering food and coffee for the employees to act irritated that we ordered food.

Drive thru experience: asked for coffee with extra cream. Label on cup says Lg hot Midnight w/5 cream. In my cup is coffee and NO CREAM. Coffee is so hot I didn’t find out until I was miles away. CHECK YOUR ORDER.

Staff is always confused. Every cold foam drink I get the syrup is not stirred in and there is a bunch of cold foam on the cup and lid. Never give me the toppings. Feel like I am training them and having to pay to do it
