Pastries tasted old. Owners were incredibly rude. Don't waste your time going here.

2 of the worst cookies I’ve ever had in my life, hard and dry. Other bakeries in Portland are far superior

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for this cafe bakery. Let's begin with their superb cup of joe! Then let's move on to their baked goods... wow. so fresh. The Gluten Free items are all worthy. I've yet to pick my favorite as they are all good!!! did I mention fresh?!!! and to top it off, the customer service was so refreshing! thanks Bake Maine!! can't wait to try more menu items!

My sweets & beets sandwich was good but my friend was served powdered eggs and extremely over buttered toast. Overpriced for what you get. We paid for a tip but you bus your own table and you have to keep getting up over and over again when you realize there are no condiments, napkins etc at your table. That’s what that tip was supposed to go to: service….

We came here twice for breakfast in Portland and were very happy both times. The breakfast brioches, the chocolate and plain croissants, cheesecake, and peanut butter cookies were all excellent. The atmosphere is so cozy and the coffee delicious. Amazing pottery next door! What more can you ask for?

Absolute Gem! This place has the best whoopie pies in Portland. They roast the turkey on site and the Turkey Avocado sandwich on foccacia is my absolute favorite. The Breakfast Bowl and Pico Wrap are also outstanding. Do yourself a favor and check out this delicious spot!

Excellent breakfast nook with gluten free choices and plenty of great baked goods (gluten free too) and priced just right.

I believe this used to be Portland Pottery Cafe and there are new owners now. I brought a friend who is gluten free here and we were happily surprised that all the sandwiches could be on GF bread... and they were super tasty! We tried:-The Chicken Salad sandwich ($14) - VERY good-Turkey Avocado sandwich ($15)Note: Chips are not included, but a pickle is.

Parking: Street parking. A little tricky, but not terrible.I'm excited to go back and try more!

Great spot to sit inside or take out some delicious pastry items or savory sandwiches or soups.
