We found Strong’s after not realizing (our mistake) that you need to make a reservation at Tenderhearth at 9am on the dot at the start of the week to have any chance of dining there. Somehow, we stumbled upon Strong’s in our search for other pizza options and wow we could not have been happier.
The vibe is low key. The food was delicious (we got pizza and salad but the meatball sub also looked great). The staff was so warm and welcoming. They’re dog friendly for well behaved pups.
They did warn us that the wait for pizza was 30-45 min when we ordered because there were several large groups who had just placed orders but we were happy to relax with a drink as we waited.

Stopped by Strong Brewing for the first time with some friends. Had 2 pizzas between the four of us, 2 beers and 1 margarita each over two hours. They had cut us off after us being there for 2 hours, eating a good bit of food, and only having 3 drinks each, 1 & 1/2 per hour. This was to our surprise because we have no idea why with our actions why we'd been asked to leave. This is unprofessional and out of the ordinary for a brewery. If you guys are gonna ask us to leave, please put a sign outside that says there is a drink limit per customer. However, Beside that, there should also be a sign that tells parents not to change their child's diaper in the dining section on the tables. (this was witnessed outside on the white tables). We felt like we were treated like second class citizens, we were the only ones subjected to these rules. I would understand if we were being disrespectful or abnoxious, but I have no idea why this happened to us. We actually had a great afternoon there but their treatment for customers from the time you walk in the door til you leave is bellow the standards of a McDonald's.

Stopped off for a delicious homemade pizza. It may have been one of the most unique, weird pizzas I've had, but in a good way. It had lemon slices on it with white sauce and artichokes and sausage. The lemon was a strange twist, but tasted pretty good on the delicious homemade crust. They were out of their own beer unfortunately, but the beer they had on draft was still tasty with the pizza.

A great local business that cares <3 They supported local kids and libraries through a donation to the non-profit, the Sargentville Thursday Club, this summer (2023)! Thank you!
This place could be very good, the pizza certainly is. I can't speak for their beer since it was not available on our two visits. Luckily they do have very nice guest taps. The service is where this place falls short. It's a small place yet they insist on giving you those silly beepers. On our first visit, we were the only customers yet they still went through the self service motions (and beepers). To top off that visit, they gave me a hard time about my table bussing. I contaminated something somehow. We gave them one more visit and that's enough -very impersonal staff that seems to care less about customers. We won't be back.

Came to get lunch with my girlfriend. Fresh cider on the tap, woodfired wings with Maple Whiskey sauce and woodfired pizza with Ricotta, Artichoke, Local Sausage and Lemon was just phenomenal. We enjoyed a lot! Definitely recommend.

This place is really cool. The beer is great and the food is awesome. The smell of the food hit us as soon as we got out of the truck in the parking lot. Had a wood fired pizza and it didn’t disappoint. It was delicious. The folks working the place were fun. Can’t wait to visit again
