Absolutely fantastic service!
They catered our wedding and were timely, delivered & helped set up! Plus it was delicious and all the guests raved about it! Absolutely phenomenal experience. 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option. Definitely recommend a slice, or a fully catered event from them!!

Absolutely delicious pizza. They even sent a text notification when they put our pizza in the oven. We'll worth the price. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend them and will be ordering again soon.

We got the pepperoni bliss pizza and a bbq chicken mac and cheese. Both were excellent and the mac and cheese was a huge portion. Not our first trip here and definitely not our last .

Greasy, soggy, nothing like New York Style Pizza, self serve, bad customer service and overpriced!!! Corporate feel. With 9 other pizza place under 2 miles away. No thanks Jason! This pizza place is was Tremendous disappointment, all round!!

The only negative thing is that they're so busy we have to wait for our pizza, but it's totally worth it!

I had 30 minutes for lunch. I work in Topsham and so I felt I could go Jason's NY Pizza and order my food and still get back to work on time. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! I waited 34 minutes for a tuna sandwich and small fries. There was 1 person ahead of me. I went to the front to stand to push them to hurry a little and told the front person I was late for work. Customer service is just as important as good tasting food. Never received ketchup with the fries, the sandwich did not taste good, and the fries tasted like they had been cooked in a microwave. I had originally ordered the taco salad, but according to the front person, it was on the menu but not available because they didn't have the ingredients for the taco salad. Why is it on the menu, then? Really? I'll never set foot in here again

12”, thick crust, extra pepperoni, extra sauce, extra green pepper - lightly cooked.
This was all around an excellent pizza. Your dough and sauce are as good as any I have had recently in Maine.
The pepperoni was of good quality and there was a reasonable amount on the pie, but it was not what I would call “loaded “. Will do an additional upgrade on the next one. The only disappointment was that even though I ordered an upgrade on the green peppers , there were certainly no more than the base order that I had on the last pie- again I will try the next level on the next one. I don’t mind paying to get extra, but it should be easily identifiable as extra.
The good news is that there will certainly be a next one!
Comparison wise , I still find the original “Pat’s” in Orono to be my first choice of Maine pizza . You would also not rate as high as the long gone but not forgotten
“Napoli “ on Hammond St in Bangor (ironic, right?)!!
And you would tie with the early Richetta’s (S. Portland)!!
But all that being said, I was a happy and well fed pizza lover this evening!!!

Ordered the Deluxe 14” to try since we haven’t been here before and heard great things. Was told 40mins wait so we planned accordingly, called to order and then headed in to pick it up. By the time we got there the pizza was already done (great, right??). The staff member handed us our pizza made a comment about how wet and soggy it was—even mentions she’s “never seen it this soggy before”. My husband has to ask her to rebox it because it’s soaked through the liner on the box. It was getting late and we didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it. Take it home, try to salvage it in the oven but overall what a disappointing experience. $23 for a 14”in pizza. Flavors were fine but flavors alone can’t make up for soggy wet mess of a pizza.
