Ummmm. I am so full right now. But so comfortable. Perfect end to a Wednesday. I had the Philly chicken sandwich and fries. Then I got a milkshake cuz, why not right? Best decision I’ve made all year. Halfway through consuming what I believe to be one of the best Philly chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had, I was hand delivered what I now consider to be the best milkshake I’ve ever had. I wish I had room for more. Until next time! Gonna try the quesadillas next.

I had a warm welcome when I walked in. The prices were good. I only ordered The Richie Ribeye and a coke for twelve dollars. It was a really good portion. It was delicious. The menu is small, which I like a lot. I need to go back and try the onion rings and fries. I had many steak sandwiches in Philly, and this was pretty close. The only thing they could do to make this place better would be the atmosphere, not bad but a little tacky. Give me a call, Richie, and I'll help you with it . Great food definitely will be back with my Steelers gear.

Ordered Richie's Ribeye with American cheese in Westbrook. Simply put, you’ll want to savor every bite and make sure nothing is left on the wrapper. I googled where to go, read reviews and agree 100%, best I’ve ever had. Ambience definitely casual, neighborly, comfortable. Staff couldn’t be better. Definitely going back!

Extremely rude worker. Came in with my kids to ask the owner about work for one of my kids over the summer(We previously spoke to her about this last year about them working but wanted to wait one more year). However when asking for the owner, the front desk associate acted extremely rude towards me for no reason.. Even after I tried telling him directly he was acting rude, he did not change his tone. Me and my kids were shocked and upset enough they lost interest in working there. Foods not bad though!

The food is delicious, but it is terrible they advertise being opened at 11am 7 days a week - twice now coworkers and I have tried to go at 11:30am and the store is not even open.

Staff was terrible. Completely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunate because owner seemed nice. Called about the issue several times, was finally told someone would get back to me but never heard back from anyone.
Great cheesesteaks! Passing through, so glad we stopped. Fries and mozzarella cheese sticks were hot fresh and tasty.
