I ordered the Kickin Chiken sandwich today which is my usual. When I received my sandwich the entire container was covered in the sauce I specifically ask not to be put on the sandwich. The container looked like a bowl of soup in all honestly. When I confronted the drive through operator I was in the wrong. The sandwich was made incorrectly to the point of not being edible. I know this to be true due to the fact I use to work at Zaxby’s. This location needs to have more training on the proper customer service and the correct way to build the entrees you have to offer.

Went through drive thru August 2nd 2020, the line was long but I had been craving Zaxbys. We had gotten to zaxbys around 9:20 - waited in line until 9:50. Finally got up to the speaker and the employee said it will be a 5 min wait as their system went down, I have worked in the service industry and completely understand when those things happen. Anyways they close at 10... we got our order taken at 10 then heard them tell the people behind us that they were closed. We got up to the window around 10:23pm... AN HOUR DRIVETHRU EXPERIENCE. Also the food was terrible. Cold. The employees were all complaining and not just complaining but cussing and pissed off BECAUSE someone was upset with their service. I was tired and did not want to make a scene but was highly upset with the service. Not going back.

This place is ridiculous!! Never have anything ready,"pull up pleas and wait". Never have I gotten my food at the window. I've been sitting here for ten minutes now and no food. I would leave f I had not already paid. Poorly managed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zaxby's in Fayetteville has been disappointing me so much lately. I pay $8 for a salad that has only 6 pieces of lettuce. I ask for honey mustard and get nothing - or zax sauce instead. They close before their scheduled closing time (even pre-pandemic), and every time I try to call - no one answers the phone. Zaxby's - DO BETTER.

Soda machine out of stock on certain drinks. Person at the counter did not suggestive sell and checked us out before i could finish the order. Had to do 2 separate orders to get everything I wanted. Food great

Clean restaurant, fast service, good food. Dining room was open and appropriately spaced for social distancing. Menu had good variety such as salads and wings in addition to their chicken. Great sauce!

Traveled 45 miles round trip to pick up Zaxby’s. Spent $28 on food for 4. Get half way home & realize not a single Zaxby sauce was but in the bag. Lot of ketchup, like 30 packs. But not a single sauce. Now I don’t know about y’all but the sauce is what make their chicken good. & they advertising fried pickles yet of course they had none. & the fries was still cold from being frozen & wasn’t enough for 4 people to share. Disappointed is a understatement. So I called to let them know how disappointed it was not to have the sauce. I was told only thing they could do was give me some if I came back. 20 miles to turn around, I think not. If they had did their job to begin with I wouldn’t have had to call. Zaxby’s has lost my business that’s for sure.

Zaxbys used to be a place to take your family friends and coworkers or just to get a quick snack on the go.
