Disgusting , Gross burned taste and no flavor bland. Sad to say Panda Express would have been better, even the noodles were bad . Poor service also my 12 year old son was tying to order & the rude people kept dismissing him and took several people who were waiting behind him as he tried to ask for assistance. He's mixed black. I won't be spending money there again

We had asked them to give us a couple more pieces of chicken because it seemed really less and they clearly don’t measure it while giving however they assumed we wanted to add another entree and charge extra for that. When we said no, they not only removed the two pieces of chicken from it but also basically removed what they initially served.
Tldr- you could increase the quantity a little bit more or atleast measure while serving

Great food friendly staff !
This is not Thai food at all, a few strong women are very rude, if you try the sample and don't buy it and leave directly, a few women are talking in Asian language, I don't know what they are talking about... The worst restaurant experience

Refused to give out samples for beef for some reason and refused to provide water in a cup, bottled only. Served a security guard before us even when it was our turn to order. Orange chicken was mostly batter and teriyaki chicken tasted rubbery and had a fridge taste like it was previously frozen. So sad!! Used to get this all the time but not sure we will be returning due to odd customer service and declining flavor.
Even the soda was flat
God loves the Great Lakes Mall ( God ) and while here, God usually stops by Thai Express to eat. Staff here is very friendly & professional. Food is always excellent & delicious! Fried rice with pepper steak & spicy chicken is the favorite dish. - God
I used to get food here all the time. I haven't in about a year. So I stopped in for lunch. The food looked the same but the quality and portion size has gone down hill. I ordered a breaded chicken, honey mustard chicken and rice. They have the best honey mustard chicken. The breaded chicken was nothing more than fried small bits of batter, no chicken. When I noticed that's what the server was giving me I showed her and asked for a different selection. She was extremely rude. The portions are extremely small compared to what they used to give. Almost child size . It's almost as if they can't afford to stay in business without cheating their customers. This is sad to see. I will not be returning.
Clean nice and quick food
My boyfriend had the chicken pad rice and said it was good. Service was great and you can try a sample if you’re not sure what you want. You can order different spice levels. This is located in the food court inside the mall. Prices were pretty standard. There is seating area in the food court

Workers are very rude. Will cheap out on portion and had a piece of hair in my food
Very rude worker that would not separate meat from the rice in different containers or leave the rice off, for my daughter that has autism.
My daughter who is on the spectrum was willing to try this place and lemon chicken last time we were at the mall which was huge and so she has been asking to go back. This is a child who eats little meat and is highly sensory with food. She tries nothing. But as a treat we decided to drive the 45 mins there and back for this, to get her chicken. The lady who said her name was Anna (I am pretty sure it isn’t) but this lady when I asked if I could just buy the chicken, said no it comes in a meal. I asked if she could put the rice in one container and meat in another and she Yelled No it comes in the same container. I explained that my daughter has autism and loves this chicken but can’t eat the rice. She said they have to be together. I asked to leave the rice off completely and she again yelled No , the chicken has rice or noodles and I couldn’t get just the chicken. My daughter looked so sad and at this point I was upset. I said my child can’t have the rice or noodles only meat. She put the container down she was holding and said go. The other workers were watching but did not saying anything. Other customers left at this point and did not purchase either. This lady was extremely rude and did not have any empathy for a child who just wanted lemon chicken. I had to leave with my daughter upset as we just drove 45 plus mins there one way and had another 45 plus mins home without getting her food, when this was a special treat for her.
Kid-friendliness: Not at all accommodating for people on the spectrum or having special dietary needs. We just wanted the lemon chicken as my child can’t have the rice or noodles and they would not just leave that off. Very poor customer service!

they tacked on an undisclosed surcharge fee. Ordered in-person of course, nothing online. Absolutely hate it when restaurants do that.

Just ate here, and found a piece of chicken with an old toothpick in it, that was from an entirely different type of chicken entree. I approached the staff (nicely) for a refund and was treated like I was scamming them, or I was the one to blame. Rude, arrogant, and demeaning staff. I won’t be back.
I do not know why this place has such low star reviews but it was my first time here. I have been to some Thai restaurants but food they make here is 10 times better than food I have had in Thai restaurants….
Absolutely loved the food…
Big portions
They load up the protein and price is unbelievably reasonable
I LOVED IT
