I gave them 3 stars because staff had an attitude about something and it reflected in her service. Also the selection of bagels wasn't great. I hadn't been there in over 3yrs. So I was walking the neighborhood and decided to stop in. I remember it being a much friendly place. And tastier treats.
It makes me sad to have to write this negative review. We had not been to this Elaine's in quite some time. Unfortunately, the quality of the bagels, coffee and service has really gone downhill. The bagels do not have much flavor. My coffee tasted like it had been sitting in the pot for hours. The counter staff was crabby.
