Came in twice within a month. First time, took me over 20 minutes to get two smoothies. Second time, took me 30 minutes to get three smoothies. They are not even apologetic and they act like it’s totally normal for smoothies to take that long. Also the prices are extremely high. It’s a shame because the blue smoothie is super delicious but I can make it at home for a fraction of the cost and have it within five minutes.

I dont really fk with Berkeley but this place is a hidden gem! The owner is very nice and transparent. Maybe a little expensive but so is every other trendy juice bar... definitely high quality though, the cognitive coffee was excellent

I got the blue unicorn which looked super cool and was surprisingly tasty. Sweet but not overwhelmingly so, and just a little ginger kick. Love the sun butter for everything, very allergy friendly!

I wanted this to be an awesome experience because I love to support small businesses but what I got was a $14 hot pulpy smoothie on a 90° day and it took a while considering. Would maybe come back to try the refridgerated juices but they weren't stocked today. I'm giving 3 stars though because the owner does reply incredibly quickly and kindly to feedback.

I have been on a big açaí bowl kick lately and Urge hit the spot We also picked up a few juice cleanses while we were there too! Yum!!!
This was the second time I have been in. I really try and support local, especially organic and clean options. The first time I was in, they were out of everything except for the juice and the person taking my order seemed very very confused on everything. The second time I came in, they had the menu items, however, different server, but even more confused. The lack of confidence in the staff doesn’t make me feel good for spending $35 on a cold coffee that took 15 min to prepare, a juice, and burnt avocado toast. The avocado toast had a spread that certainly did not seem homemade and had no flavor at all. The menu items get me excited but I just can’t give more than two stars on this one. I really hope they can make changes as it’s nice to have cleaner options to chose from, but I can’t see spending the money here again for the quality received.

I'm not really sure what happened with urge idk if it's new ownership or what but the last couple times I've been here but it takes way longer now to get what you order and they also changed the bowls to be smaller, plastic, and not a lot of room for toppings. Disappointing.
