The food was delicious. The online ordering app was amazing. The customer service however was not. We pulled up to the takeout window and were immediately told that we did not pull up correctly and in a VERY rude manner were reprimanded for being three minutes early. Upon asking if it was possible to get extra wasabi, were reminded if we wanted that we should have put it in the online order. Very disappointed, however offered grace. Maybe that you g man was having a bad day. Prayers...
Great sushi been waiting for this on Big Rapids for a long time. Love the 911 poppers and the backed rolls are fantastic. The eel and smoked salmon was very fresh. If you like sushi this is the best place to go. Friendly and they treat you like family
The food is authentic and outstanding. Wife likes Firecracker sushi, and I like the seafood Udon noodle. Inside dining space is small, but the drive up window for take-out makes it worthwhile for me personally. The menu is available online.
