Ordered a pizza online at 8:20pm., on July 3, 2025. Paid for the pizza online. When we arrived at the store, at 8:45pm., the store was already closed, even though the posted closing time is 9pm. The employee inside the store would not come to the door. He stated from his location inside the store that they were closed. We didn't get the food we ordered and paid for. Now, we have to try to reach out to the store and try to get our money back. Extremely disappointing. While we were sitting there, two other customers showed up, assuming that they should still be open. Last time I'll ever go to that location.

Most recently I pre ordered delivery for my kids 1st birthday. They delivered on time and it was amazing pizza. My guests even commented on how good the pizza is. That is pretty good as the pizza market in this area is tough. I have utilized them a few times for my kids Birthdays. As always I can count on them to have great quality pizza at a reasonable price. I just wish they were closer to my house and I might order from there weekly… or more.

Ordered from PaPa Romanos at this location for years and it was great. For the past month or 2 we have been having several issues. Today I called in the order and even had the girl read it back to me because they got it wrong last time. She told us to be there in 20 minutes, which we were. They did not have the order and could not even find it. So we had to wait 20 minutes again, to get our order. And they charged full price. Very poor customer service over our last 4 or 5 visits to carry out. So disappointing. Buddy's here we come. We are so done with PaPa's

Couple Mondays ago when we went to place an order we noticed walking past their big windows was all the toppings sitting on the table in the corner with no refrigeration OR lids for them. When we walked in we noticed employees on their phones we weren't the first customer standing in line. while waiting we noticed a lot of fruit flies flying around and that's when we decided to leave.

Love the fries and cauliflower crust pizza here! There is a young man who make you feel special and seen whenever you walk through the doors!
Used to be a great place. Went downhill unfortunately. Employees are rude and don’t really care about the customer. They don’t close when they are supposed to. They lose orders all the time. They take forever to make the food.

I have been in so many pizzas all ever the country and never paid 3 dollars for a ranch dressing which supposedly has to come with the pizza

Big shout out to the Papa Romano’s team the other night. I had to feed several high school boys last minute. The PR team came through. 8 XL pizzas and a 20 ppl tray of baked pasta in under 30 minutes. Much appreciated.
