Their bourbon prices are Highway robbery. Hard pass

Overall this place was nice, average cost per plate was $40+ the handful of the things we had were interesting, standard meals each with its own little twist. Some worked really well others were just not that great. The portions of the meal I didn't like wasn't even bad, it was not as flavorful as expected. I was hesitant to spend $60 + for a steak but it did look good while passing other tables.

Dry Aged NY strip steak was dry. Asked for medium rare got medium. They sliced the steak at the kitchen like you would get a duck breast, but it contributed to the dryness. Will give it another try, but $50 for an average steak, I wasn't impressed.Beat salad was good. I asked for bread, and it is only served as an appetizer plate. I only wanted 1 piece.

Overall, great food and drinks. It took a while to order our food, but it was during the dinner rush so that was understandable. The whiskey sour was well made and the flavors were balanced. Steak was perfectly cooked to order. All seafood was delicious too!The atmosphere was very romantic and sophisticated. We were very relaxed and were able to focus on the conversation.I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try it.

Came in around 6PM on a Saturday night and the place was pretty full plus the one bar was closed for an event. We understood there would be a wait but we were completely fine with that as they have a fine selection of bourbon and I love bourbon! We sat at a very small table waiting for a spot at the bar to open. While waiting as we were told it would take some time, I proceeded to go to the bar for a couple drinks for my wife and I. The bill was easily going to be over $100.00 as they had a really nice choice from one of my favorite distilleries which is High West(Mid winters dram, hard to find) but willing to pay the price on their list! I waited at an area of the bar that was open to visibility to the bar tenders which there were three people behind the bar. Not one person acknowledged me for about 3 to 4 minutes. I finally left and we went down to Bourbon which was three times as busy and we got our drinks within 5 minutes and it was shoulder to shoulder! The hostess at single barrel didn’t care at all which our issue which blows me away! Customers are always going to be spending well over $150.00 these days going out so have some sense to care abbit about your customers or you will not last! FYI Bourbon was phenomenal with drinks and food and we did spend around $190.00 there!

Our experience started with a new or poorly trained hostess who was unclear when our (reserved) table would be ready. My wife and I waited at the bar and had a cocktail. As our cocktails were being made our table became available, we still needed to close at the bar, the hostess suggested one of us stay at the bar, the other go to the table. This seemed like a weird suggestion vs. offering to bring our drinks to the table OR suggesting we just finishing / enjoy them at the bar.Once seated our waitress was 'friendly' but didn't seem to genuinely care about our experience until it became clear we were spending more than a few dollars - upon which her demeanor clearly changed. The food and drinks were both excellent, we had signature cocktails, appetizers, salads and entree's - all great. The atmosphere was also good, albeit a bit loud (but this was fine for us).Overall food was great, atmosphere was good, service was 'meh'. 4 STARS!

Valentine’s Dinner Fail!!Extremely disappointed with execution and food quality. You’d think making the food hot would be priority. Thats cooking 101.We ordered the 95$ 18oz Waygu steak which came out undercooked, cold, and lacking in flavor(probably because it was so cold?). Accompanied by a side of half almost raw and half way overcooked root veggies served in an ice cold cast iron. Can’t forget The over whipped cold starchy flavorless “whipped potatoes.” The crab leg was flavorful, but ice cold. Maybe this explains the 35 minute ticket order. We would have said something to the waitress, but by the time she came back ten minutes later to the table it was way past the point of saying anything.Drinks tasted good. Would have been a regular but have no trust in the food. Serious disappointment for over a 270$ cold and flavorless meal.
