Well my boyfriend had a interview with Cadillac Jimmy John's at 10am this morning well we got told to come back around 2pm so we do then get told to come back after 2pm well my boyfriend told them that this is a waste of time well I went in there and I told them no matter how busy you guys are you can take time out to interview someone if your wanting someone so badly well they didn't want to hear the truth and told me to get out so don't go to Jimmy John's for a job bc they will give you the run around......... and if someone contacts me about this review I will not take it down bc you guys need to do a better job bc I read a lot of bad reviews it's such a shame....

If you call about your sub being made wrong they won't fix it. Nor will they give you a credit. They told me we complained to many times. I know I did once. But if they did their job right I would not have to call at all.

If I could leave a zero star i would. We ordered on sub with no tomato and one plain they came with everything. We called to sort it out and whoever picked up the phone was quite rude. I recommend on spending your money elsewhere. Now we have a sandwich one of us can't even eat. Thanks Jimmy johns. Upon further notice the sandwiches did not come through to the store correct. We modified the sandwiches on the website and Jimmy John's says they did not come through modified. Rather than being rude they should have explained that initially. As I still stand by the fact the the customer service was unacceptable. I specifically marked do not contact on this review. They took my mothers number from the order and messaged her telling us to remove this review. Which I will not be doing. Whereas if they were kind when explaining the malfunction i would remove the review however they were very rude when we contacted them yesterday and were even ruder when they contacted us today. Not trying to run your buisness down for "my own mistake" as you say however for the absolutely atrocious customer service we were given. Hows this for a deceitful review now Jimmy johns? Let's make it clear in the review right now for everyone to see. Dont contact us again, we have no interest in talking to your rude employees or buying anything from this location again. Thanks.

I placed an order online and had an issue. I called the local Cadillac store to see what could be done. The employee who answered was combative from the start. Something went wrong during the ordering process and the order hadn't gone through correctly. They chose not to correct the subs which was fine they weren't ordered correctly. I wasn't rude, I didn't swear or yell. I work customer service and just accepted it. My Daughter who had one of the incorrect subs left a review about the ordering issue. The next day someone from Jimmy John's in Cadillac messaged me from their personal number. Addressing me as my daughter. They rudely stated the order issue was her fault. This employee said she was lying and demanded that she remove the review immediately, or they were contacting Google!? Someone personally pulled my number from the order and personally messaged me. (Kind of creepy) They addressed me by my Daughters name, as she left the review. When I told them they were trying to message my Daughter they replied not to use my child's number when placing an order!? They also stated I was trying to ruin their business and my issue was a corporate issue not their issue. Because the order details had not gone through correctly it wasn't on their end. It was first my fault then corporates fault. The entire ordeal was unsettling. This person has access to my personal information. The poor customer service not offering to fix the sub regardless of fault was one thing. Taking a customers number from the system and demanding they remove a review made by someone else is uninformed and extremely unprofessional. Had they not contacted me I would have been a future customer and kept my mouth shut. Now I will not be ordering from this branch again. Not due to the order being different then what I ordered. Things happen. The appalling, rude and creepy message I received today sealed the deal. I will not be bullied out of leaving a review. This person continued to message me after they were told to stop and leave me alone. I had to threaten them with the police. I would be leary as a future customer to order from this business. Based on employee access to sensitive customer personal information.

The dough was wet and soggy, and the meat was flavorless, like it has been their a while. Totally incompetent staff and they were rude as well. My table was dirty and when I asked if they would clean it, the incompetent wait staff again was verry rude, hissing and sighing the whole time they had to do it. And I was sitting their and this lady walked in, I think she was the lady that leases this site for this particular Jimmy Johns. Well she started to fight with one of the employees and it was a scene. I will never go their again. I'm ordering Domino's. Oh and that lady that is in charge over their looked really miserable. I do not want somebody who is that miserable touching my food. No telling what is going on over their behind the scenes. I mean she just looks like someone who would do something to your food. I got a bad vibe. The one star rating was generous. It would be better if they measured this in fractions of stars. The lady that rents the name of Jimmy Johns for this establishment should get sued by the franchise for defamation of character, she really gives Jimmy Johns a bad name.

Matty (the so-called manager) has a huge attitude problem! Geez lady, if you don’t like your job then go find one that better suits you. This particular Jimmy John’s leaves a lot to be desired. Not like any other location I’ve been to. When I order food from a restaurant, I don’t typically order extra attitude “on the side”, so keep it to yourself. Kindness matters! And to the owners of this Jimmy John’s, you may want to pay attention to these reviews and address issues promptly. YOUR customers are what makes YOUR business successful!

A couple weeks ago we got our food same thing as always but we had just moved to cadillac. A ham and cheese and a slim 1. They forgot the cheese on both. Then it happened again, and then happened again today. (Them forgetting the cheese on our sandwiches) we tried to give them a couple chances to see if wed get what we ordered but dont think well be coming back.

little to much attitude on the phone for me. i usually order a delivery from this place 1-2 times a week. i am usually greeted by my first name and ask what i would like. they have my address on file and im never asked for it. today i was told( with a whole bunch of attitude) i needed my address to get an order delivered. its not the fact of the address , but how she responded. anyway.. ill be spending my money elsewhere.

I don’t usually leave reviews; but this JJs needs to do better. Ordered from Cadillac JJs on 3 occasions now. None of the deliveries have been correct or freaky fast. Typical time for all 3 have been 45 -55 min later. Big Rapids was never an issue when I lived there. Saying good bye to JJs. I’ll get subs someplace else.

My experience was tarnished by Matty. She yelled at my son putting sprite in his water cup. I paid for the drink when I realized what happened. Definitely not the type of experience I wanted for my vacation. Service was bad because of Matty The Manager.The Thai chicken wrap is pretty good.
