Ordered 1 deep dish pizza to be delivered 2miles away, was told 40mins-1hour which was at the limit to what I wanted to wait but i agreed to it. 2hours later and 2 phone calls finally got my pizza, both times I called (20 mins past max time and 40mins past max time) was told pizza was in transit. Why lie?

Dissatisfied with the app and quality of the pizza I received. Wanted half ham and half sausage with mushrooms on all. Couldn’t do it on the app so I called the order in. No mushrooms on the pizza and only two little pieces of sausage per slice. Of course to add insult. By not using the app you don’t collect any rewards. New I should have gone to cottage inn to begin with.

Been over an hour and still haven't gotten our food. Why can't they do the decent thing and somehow show if they're behind or busy instead of promising an unrealistic delivery time. They say it's on the road too, when it's not.

Absolutely horrible service been waiting on a delivery for over an hour got kids waiting for dinner so i finally call them after checking the tracking on it and its been on the road for bout 30mins and so we call to see what's going on and they say give them 10 more minutes and call back if they aren't there yet because they are super busy right now.. 15 minutes go by we call them again.. this time it's oh we can't deliver your food to you because your to far from our store..couldn't call us couldn't have said something the first time we called...we ask what they can do to fix there mistake and are told you can come get it.. I have no way to come to the store to get it that's why we did delivery... wanted us to still pay full price as well for food thts been done for an hour... Absolutely not!!!

The food is always good, but sometimes they forget things like that you asked for mayo, not sub sauce or that you wanted lettuce and tomato on the side. I'm not real picky about that as long as the food tastes good. There's no dine-in here, so my low rating of atmosphere doesn't really mean much except that I don't like how cramped the pickup area is.

Better triple check that they deliver, told me twice and took my order just to call and say they won't deliver to my house. Get your workers trained right.....
Stopped in last night to order some dinner, when I walked in I felt very welcomed by an upbeat crew! As I was placing my order two employees walked by the counter and said hello as they walked by. Unbelievable that's something that never happens! Supper friendly and fantastic pizzas! I will definitely be back! I love supporting a business that has great customer service and great quality food!Thank you Hungry Howies team!
