Waited for over 5 minutes at the counter with no assistance. Everyone was cooking a large order. One employee went on break and didn't acknowledge me. Once I was helped the employee was nice. I ended up leaving because they said the large order they were cooking would keep them busy for a while.

Although claiming a chain restaurant is great is tough to do, this specific Little Caesars is definitely good, I visit it often and the pizza and bread is always good and quickly prepared, with a minor wait.If you're having problems with service at other Little Caesars, this one could fix your problemsBut obviously, don't visit here for a "different" pizza experience.

Shouldn't advertise Hot n Ready, never ready *20 min wait Everytime* and food be barely hot. Came 4 different occasions, each time same thing. Staff need to move with a sense of urgency, especially around dinnertime smh.
Ordered online and waited almost an hour. When I got home I noticed the large deep dish I ordered was not fresh they put 2 old lunch combos in a large box like they think I'm stupid and wouldn't notice. Pathetic.
