I’ve been many times & every single time has been amazing. The food is absolutely delicious & April the bartender is incredible. She checks to make sure your food is exactly how you wanted & doesn’t let your cup run dry! Her personality is top notch for a bartender & she makes you feel very welcomed. Highly recommend this place!

Loooooved the Jolly Pumpkin! April was the best bar tender! Fast, friendly! The service was great! Drink were delicious and the food was great! We will be back!

Good food , good beer, but the atmosphere is ridiculous. The cooks have music playing and it's an open kitchen so it's blaring out and competing with the music on main speakers. Just a mess of noise in this place.

the bartender was great but when we had people join us and got one of the floor servers, she was slower than a snail. beers are good IF you like sours or IPAs as that is all they had.

All I have to say is WOW oh WOW.The beer is refreshing and unique, mixed drinks are fresh and full of flavor and the food 100% slaps. April is the coolest bartender ever! She’s so cool that I wish I could work with her!!!!!!!! Xandy is a wonderful manager too. After my food was delivered, he promptly came by to check to see how it was. We love attention to detail. Mel and Corey are not only kind but they are industrious, beautiful people who always make sure my stay is comfortable. (Some of my favorite people to laugh with.) Although I only visit around 1x w week, Corey and Mel always catch me up on their life and vice versa. I love this place so much, soon, they’ll have to get ME a job!!!!!

As a Muslim practicing an Islamic diet, I was happy to hear that their chicken was Halal. My friend and I ordered the chicken sandwich and Margarita pizza. I ate the food and it was good. The next time I went there, they told me they make their pizza dough with beer… who even does that?? This was not something I was told the last time I ate there (so basically I had beer pizza, as a Muslim). Overall, their lack of communication led to this poor review. But again, who puts beer in pizza? We’re in Dearborn after all… It’s pretty misleading to sell Halal chicken if you’re going to sell beer pizza; people generally look at vegetarian pizza as Halal.

It was fine, not great, not terrible, just fine. Small menu, beers where all ipa or sour. Just not for me.

We are so happy this spot has reopened. The food was delicious. Brussel sprouts and nachos were oh so good! Our children loved their pizza too. Our waitress Emmy was very kind to the kiddos and on point with her food recommendations. The manager checked on us and everyone made sure we were well taken care of. Can’t wait to be outdoor dining here again soon!

The first warning sign was seeing this place empty on a Saturday night but my boyfriend and I needed to eat.The service was poor considering how slow the place was. Only a handful of other tables were taken and we had to flag someone down to order. We both ordered sandwiches and the wait time was long enough I was ready to pay for my drink and walk out. I can understand slow service when places are packed but waiting half an hour for 2 sandwiches when there's only a few other tables is ridiculous. My boyfriend ordered the "perfectly fried chicken sandwich" and it was far from perfect. The bun was burnt and the fried chicken way overcooked. My sandwich was not nearly as good as I was expecting but I offered to share (he accepted because his food was bad enough he couldn't eat it).To add insult to injury, 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches cost practically $50 before any tips. Never coming here again! I've only written one other review in my whole life but I had to for this place.

Let me start by saying that I very rarely post a negative review, but I placed an order today from this "restaurant". It was awful! I ordered the shrimp tacos, but I did not observe any shrimp in them, the taco shells were stale, and the overall taste of the food was just gross. They had a sour or tart taste to them, which is not what was expected. I'm upset because I wasted $25, and I'm still hungry because I threw the food in the trash. My dog wouldn't even eat it, and he isn't a picky eater. I don't even understand how this establishment is still in business. They fooled me once, but NEVER again!

How is place still open! I’m not one to bash a business, but this place needs to be rebooted. We Walked in street side, with a second group of people. Stood there a few minutes until we once a little sign. Directing us to what we thought was the back of the building to the hosta station. So we walked to the “back” no big deal, wondering why the bartender didn’t tell us that as he walked by.. We where seated right away witch was great, yet also a red flag. Seeing that the two oh previous restaurants we tried nearby we’re booked up for sweeties day dining. No matter, we sat down looking at the weird confusing decor. Making fun of the name not matching the decor, And the loud punk rock music playing. it appears we were sent by the manager, who did not explain in for the concept of ordering and paying for food. We pretty much had to figure it out ourselves. Although there’s a sticker on the table kind of explaining that as an option. We ordered a pizza The macaroni and cheese and a Caesar salad. Pretty simple dishes one would think. And somehow they messed up everyone except the salad. The pizza was there a version of a meat lovers. Looked and taste horrible. It looks like a kids pizza and taste just like one. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor. And for the cost of these items you would expect gourmet. When I feel like you got your food from the frozen food aisle. We caught the attention of a young lady who seem to have just arrived at work. And shared our experience with her. She apologized and remove the food and cover it the tab. You would expect the manager to come over and apologize and speak to you about your experience. Nope

Burger hard as a hockey puck but they did fix it. We went with the college grandkids. Definitely not for those who are accustomed to good food and service. I had a tasty non alcoholic drink and that was very good. One manager tried to treat us better. I think he knew we were unaccustomed to that kind of place. Quality and price definitely not a good balance.

Hamburger burnt and dry, bun also burned. Terrible experience and very spendy.

Have been loving this place. Right in the downtown, pleasant environment with outdoor seating which is also PET-FRIENDLY so yaay! Take your furr friends with you :)They have Trivias on selected day of the week and live music on Saturdays. Gotta listen to Don! He is excellent singer which makes him a great entertainer.Food is excellent! Their beers and pizzas are phenomenal! I have had their sour beers in cans tons of times and they stepped up their cocktail game too! Also, this place has a ready-to-pay setup. So you meet the host at the entrance and get seated and order from your phone from your table itself and the staff brings the food out to your table. YAY TECHNOLOGY!!!☺️Minimal server-customer interaction but you still get the feel of being-taken-care-of. I have always liked how their staff is super friendly and very well-mannered.

Think twice! We arrived to an empty restaurant on Saturday night (we should have known something was wrong). The host greeted us and sat us down. He then explained that there was an online menu and we had to take our own orders with our phones, BUT a server would be available to bring us our food and check on us periodically. We were starving, so we went with it. We should have left. Our food arrived 10-15 minutes before our friends even though we hit "send" on the app within seconds of each other. No one came by our table to refill our drinks, so we had to go up to the bar everytime we wanted a refill. We had a collection of glasses and plates on our table by the time we were done eating. Wish we could have taken back the tip that was asked for through the app. This was the worst experience at Jolly Pumpkin we have ever had. Been to the one in Detroit and everything went well. Dearborn location really needs to work things. Will not be back.
