The rooms are beautiful. And at first sight the front desk is absolutely amazing and has some amazing team members. HOWEVER, the hotel lacked in a lot of efficiencies and issues with charging the correct rate for my hotel stay and it has been 3 weeks of trying to get the front office manager or general manager to respond to my Diamond Desk inquiry. The Hilton Diamond Desk has had to continuously apologize for the last 2 weeks for the fact that the hotel leadership is not communicating...read full review
