Service is very bad. Table was open we sat and started eating. Then one worker showed up and asked us to move to other tables. I asked no table is available and these are two rows of tables and no one is sitting here. But he insisted and we had to request another customer who was sitting by herself to take another spot so we three can sit. Once we sat there another worker came with her food and sat on those back tables where no customer was allowed to sit.

The staff at this place is extremely disrespectful to their customers. We came at 6:00 pm and they were closing at 8:00 pm. They literally yelled and asked us to move to a different table that had high chairs. They said that we had closed the back end with lower chairs They did not want to clean an extra table and moved us in the middle of our dinner. We had to pick up our two pizzas drinks and other stuff to a table with high chairs only so that they don’t have to clean one extra table. It was extremely disrespectful.

Came here before my flight to Denver. The customer service was amazing from all employees. The pizza I ordered was hands down the best MOD I’ve had. It was so fresh and cheesy. I travel here often and this will be my go to for food from now on!

The manager kept turning people away by saying there is a 1hr wait for a pizza. It actually took 10 minutes. He claimed there were only 2 employees (him included) but there were 5 which is a normal amount in every MOD location I’ve been to. The employees seemed to work as slow as possible and ignore waiting customers on purpose, and the manager wasn’t willing to help out either. I was told they were out of toppings that were clearly visible; they just didn’t want to put them on. The pizza was made very sloppy and toppings were not put in the correct portions; I had probably an entire chopped onion on my personal pizza.

I was so excited when I found out my plane was parking at a gate close to Mod Pizza. When you don’t have too many options in an airport that are gluten free it makes it extra special when the food is also delicious. Ten minutes before closing I was about to walk in to quickly order a pizza to go. There was no one in the check-out line and only a few people still waiting for their orders. Before I even got the chance to walk inside, I was greeted by an employee who, loudly enough for me to hear from outside, said, “Don’t come in here.” And then repeated herself. Honestly rude doesn’t even begin to describe it, I was appalled. The lack of customer service in a blatant statement such as this speaks volumes. I sure did walk away because I certainly won’t go somewhere where I am obviously not welcome. It’s a shame to loose a customer in such a preventable manner. Very disappointed.
