I’m just leaving the restaurant and it’s a hard no . Food brought out cold and also taste a few days old . Very disappointed . Hadn’t been here in while as before the food was delicious. Ok customer service . Soda machine wasn’t working, all could be offered to drink was water .

Food was fine if dry.Check your receipts, they charge a mandatory 18% gratuity without mentioning it, then hand you the machine asking for tips based on your total including the gratuity while hoping you won't notice becauseit only shows a total. Only 1 of the 7 of us noticed.

My friends chicken tenders were very large and she reported tasty. My veggie pizza was okay. Nothing to write home about and it was not hot when delivered to table. Customer service was wonderful!
They don’t even have a host to greet you. You stand there for 20 minutes with staff walking back and forth past you without even acknowledging you!!! Food is good but not enough to make up for the poor service.

Waited a hour and never got any food. On Valentine’s Day! I am on my way to McDonald’s now just to get food. It is 10PM in a week night & they close at 11PM. Can’t rate the food because we never got any. Service, never got any. Extremely stressful i would never come here again. I expected more and we are highly disappointed. ALSO it’s freezing inside! We had to keep our coats on! ?
