We ordered pizza for birthday party. Went to get them did not receive what we ordered. The crazy bread was not cooked in the middle. It was dough. The pizza's were cold. Only live 5 minutes from there. Took the breadsticks back(4) orders. They give us fresh ones and 2 pizza's. Get with the program.

I went to Little Caesars two nights in a row and both nights they messed up my order. The first night my pizza and Italian cheese bread were cold and burnt! The second night they forgot my pop. I called both time about 4 times but never got an answer. I already complained about my experience but never got compensated for it. If you want a cold and burnt pizza go straight to little Caesars.

Very clean. Friendly staff. God pizza for the price. I wish we could modify the pizza in the app. (Ex: light sauce)Even when they are absolutely slammed they are friendly. Making sure they communicate with the customers about their orders.

Idk if the owner of this location just dials it in but this place is a mess..the service is subpar, food meh and the staff spend their time being obnoxious with eachother rather then serving the customers. Not to mention they could step up their appearance when dealing with the public. It's like they rolled out of bed and strolled in. You need to overhaul this place. Top to bottom. You should be popping across from Dowagiac high school. Nobody's ever here. "Do something!"Parking: It's all you do here. Order and park. "We will bring it out" surrrrrre after 15 you just walk in to get it.

Tried to call in an order after waiting for 10 min on hold decided to order online...pick up at 640 and am told it will be an additional 30 min or we have to cancel online..it's been 40 min2 of 3 pizza incorrect when we finally receive our order..
