I have been wanting to try and I’m so happy I did! I tried the korean bbq and soy garlic and I am a pretty plain eater so although I finished it and loved it the bbq had a tiny bit too much of a kick for me but the flavor was so delicious. The soy garlic wings are sooo amazing, I immediately told all my friends they gotta try. On top of great food- they have pebble ice!! and the root beer mixed w the agave vanilla cream soda is soooooo delicious i could see myself stopping by just for a drink haha. perfect lunch!!

It's hard to mess up something like chicken but that was seriously the driest most flavourless chicken I've ever had. I'm not even a picky eater and I was super hungry and I still couldn't even get through half of the meal. I tossed it to the side and walked two doors down to get a couple of slices of pizza. Never again!

The chicken was smaller than I expected. The chicken is also way to salty. It makes you feel sick after. This place had nobody at dinnertime. This is a disgrace to korean restaurant. Me being korean, I had some expectations but this just wasn't it.

As other reviews have stated this location doesn't cook it's chicken fresh. While the wings I received were indeed piping hot on my carry out order I could tell from the taste of the chicken they were not made to order and had been sitting out. Service was fine and the restaurant was very clean but I will not purchase food from a location that doesn't make it to order. The quality at the Troy location is vastly superior.

Food: chicken sandwich, fried. Yucky, over cooked, sauce was too salty. Fries, under cooked, rubbery, service: lady was nice, couldn't really understand her because of how noisy it was in there. The register demanded a tip, a practice I don't care for. I wont be back.

Not happy with the recent visit here.
Have been here enough to know the difference. I usually order same thing every time (soy garlic wings with fries) and it's not the same this time. The sauce it tastes like it mixed with spicy one and the fries!!! It's not the one I had before(You can compared my picture with others)
I want to give 2 stars but I gave extra because I want to be fare (they were better before).

Do not order online here through Door Dash or their website you will sorely be disappointed. The delivery guy did not deliver food, both Door Dash and the restaurant will not refund you. It’s really disheartening.

Bonchon is one of my favorite KFried Chicken chains and this location was a bit of a let down. Over fried and dry wings. The store was clean and the staff were fine. I just feel like I paid way too much for the quality I got.

Chicken is often over cooked and dry. Chicken legs are always overcooked its almost nasty. Today the tenders were dry and overcooked. Never had any issues with the boneless

Like 33% of the time it is cooked perfectly and it tastes amazing. (I've ordered takeout like 10 times and dined in twice)

Really hope management/corporate can look at this review and correct the cooking issue. Please implement some measures so it is harder to overcook the chicken because I hate to see this restaurant close.

I am willing to change this review after the chicken becomes more consistent

Ordered for picked up. Got the 20 piece with two flavors and they put them all together. What's the point in getting different flavors if yall just stack them ontoo of each other and then they all taste the same.

food was good, store is clean, decor is decent, cashier don’t even give the chance to leave tips on the machine, but it is little on the expensive side to be considered as fast food, other than that, great take out or quick lunch
