Usually my experience at The Crust is positive however my visit this morning was not. Coffee was lukewarm and the filling in the almond croissant was runny. My friend ordered a latte which was picked up by someone other than her. The server making the coffee seemed annoyed and rude when we asked about it after waiting 10 minutes, however she did make another to replace the one that "went missing"
I hope the next visit is better than today, it is one of my favorite places normally.

The bread and hot chocolate were amazing. Got a sandwich and paid for upgrade to fries instead of chips. They were a disappointment; warm and not like pictured.

I walked in the front door and was immediately overwhelmed by the great variety of choices: breads, bagels, pastries, pies, cakes, cookies. It was hard to make up my mind. The coffee is good, too.

I ordered 3 pies for Thanksgiving this order was placed about 6 weeks in advance. I went to pick up my pies and my order was lost. The employee went to the back and pulled out two of the pies but had no more pecan pies. Then after I left the parking lot they called and said they found my order. So I went back and just gave me the pecan pie because I had the other two in my car. The apple crumble pie was great. The pumpkin pie filling was very thin. Not thick at all. The pecan pie was runny. No firmness. Couldn’t even slice the pie. We used a spoon and scooped it out. Very very disappointing. Won’t order my pies from The Crust next year. Spent 80.00 on these pies so expect the best. The Crust in my eyes has always carried a stellar reputation.

I used to love and recommend this place to everyone. Yesterday I stopped in and grabbed a coffee and a bowl of broccoli soup to go ($15). The restaurant was less than half full (not busy) and It took 20 minutes for them to bag a to go bowl of soup. When I get back I check the bag and it's a cup instead of a bowl. When I call the restaurant the manager I spoke to offered me to come back in or adjust the difference on the credit card. No apology or promise to do better next time just simply take a couple bucks off. There was literally no broccoli in that soup either and it would have taken nothing for you to write that off It was probably $2 in cost And you lost a customer that's literally spent thousands at your establishment over the years. Don't treat your customers like we don't matter. Eventually It will start to hurt your bottom line if you continue such practices..

What happen to the quality of the food ordered a turkey Sandwich and the turkey was disgusting
Tasted like cheap lunch meat and your bread is loaded with preservatives
Your selection of donuts is minimal
Don’t get me started on your cinnamon rolls last few times they were stale
This is not the crust that started out years ago
While the pastries are great and the atmosphere is nice, Crust needs to get trained on the basics of coffee making. Traditional cappuccinos are not 16 ounces. A 16 ounce cappuccino from Crust is 2 ounces of espresso and 14 ounces of steamed milk. Even with the 2-4 ounces of milk foam, all you taste is milk. Crust could be saving a lot of money in milk if they stick to proper espresso drink recipes while making tasty espresso drinks for their customers. Win-Win

The chocolate chip and sea salt cookies…. 🤤🤤🤤
Great local treasure. Excellent breakfast/brunch, but not inexpensive. Can take some time to get a seat. Don't leave without buying some baked goods - people will laugh at you if you miss out.
