Five stars because they do what they are supposed to do every time without mistakes.
Is it the best pizza in town? No. That would be fence and winery, or Crispelli's inside of the rail yard. However, they never mess up your order, they're never late, and they're always friendly inside.
So if you like jet's Pizza, then this is a safe place to order from.

I could give you a better opinion on the pizza if I would have remembered to order light sauce, my bad! The other 4 people seem to enjoy it. The gentleman helping us with quite pleasant and helpful! It was just a walk and not a dine in. So the atmosphere was just a walk in.

Umm ,Called tonight 10/30/2024 Young lady told me it's $31.00 THIRTYONE DOLLARS to deliver a Small 4 corner 3 Items Pizza No Thank you!! Should have offered Some Substitute She said that was with a Coupon??? Really Jets on Leroy.

I just called to get a pizza delivered. I am 2.3 miles away and was told I was outside their delivery zone. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he's too busy to speak to me. I asked for the managers name and was denied, I then asked for the persons name I was speaking to and he hung up on me. Horrible Customer Service!
I live on North Long Lake Rd. 3 miles from their location. We have ordered from here for over 10 years. I called in a delivery order. The kid on the other end of the line said that they can not deliver to us. What??? He said that the computer system told him that they can not deliver. Jets of Fenton, you SUCK! Ever since Covid, your location has sucked!!!! Too bad be cause we love the pizza, but your hiring pool is terrible!!!!!!! Get it together!

This place has taken an art of pizza shame Award to another level. When placing an order that is more than $40, so it's pretty significant amount of food to feed a family, how come they don't make you aware that they actually shut down card readers at 2130, you have to purchase your food with cash, only cash. Well, since it was failed communication by young inexperienced with incredible lack of communication, notifies me that he can't ring my order, even for a cash because I don't have the exact amount of money. Give me what ever cash your food is worth, $17 that's all I had. Im sure Jets have $17 pizza, he still was utterly confused and did not walk out with food but i gained a massive frustration, and maybe a laugh. Thanks Jets of Fenton, we will never recommending you, let alone order food from your store. Great work!!!

The point of a delivery order is because you can’t or don’t want to go to the store to pick it up. My food was delivered and it was cold and hard. This place is a complete crock. The people that work here need retraining. What I got was cold pizza and bread like it’s 10 degrees outside. I called and instead of apologizing and seeing if I wanted it remade and redelivered the response was… “Oh it was sitting there a while there’s nothing we can do.” Then after my response and being on hold for 8 minutes it was I can give you a $25 credit. The total was $45, you have to be kidding. I won’t be back I’ll spend my money anywhere else. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. There should be the option of zero stars..

This place is quite the joke because of management is horrible. It was pretty bad during 2020 and 21 during the pandemic when every restaurant/ pizza had delivery. Not Jetts, pickup only. Every pizza place in town for those two years delivered but not Jets. Now, living on Lake Fenton on South Long Lake Road, a mile and a half from their store, They've delivered here for 10 years. Now I'm no longer in their area and I said to the person on the phone, Are you telling me you will not offer delivery a mile and a half from your store and they said nope and I said done with Jets forever. Never again. Go to Hungry Howie's, better Pizza, better price. Better service. Rest in peace Jett's Pizza!
