The service here sucks went Friday night December 27th around 7.p.m. there was four of us. Was told you could seat yourself upon entering and then literally sat there with absolutely no acknowledgement what so ever for 10 min. or more no menus, no sorry be with you soon nothing. We got up and walked out so did another couple that came in right around the same time, same thing happened to them. Lost business what a shame

Sat down for 10 minutes and didn't even get a greeting from anyone. Seen the waitress talking and visiting other tables and ignoring us. Wouldn't recommend to anyone if you want food at all.

Service is awful. I’ve been going to xolos in Fenton for a couple of years now and today was the last straw. The waitresses are not friendly and half the time they never know how to use the register to give me my check. I’ve had instances where I’ve had to wait 40+ minutes for my check and it’s not even that busy, there are only a few other tables full. They NEVER check up on your table and today I had to stare at the waiter across the room till she even noticed that we had been done with our meal while we were the only people in the restaurant. I understand if this happens a couple of times, but EVERYTIME i dine in there is some sort of issue with the waitresses, that I walk out feeling annoyed. We asked our waitress a simple question about the meal and she never checked up on us or told us after. The only reason i’ve been coming back is because the food really is great but i’ve reached my limit. The service needs major improvements. I’m only planning to get take out from now on. Also the water tastes weird.

I’ve been going to Xolos since it opened years ago. The service is honestly terrible every time I go. The waitresses will stand at the front when you are clearly done with your food in an empty restaurant and it takes forever for them to give you the check, usually I have to stare at them or tell them to come over. Over half of the staff do not know how to use the machine for the checks. Sometimes when I go with groups they will give us our food all mixed up on different plates. Several times they have assumed that my group wanted to split the check evenly and not pay for what each person got and it took forever for them to fix it on the machine. When I asked for change today I asked for 5s and 1s and the waitress purposely only gave me 5s so I would leave her a bigger tip. The staff overall is just never that friendly. The only reason I keep coming back is because their tacos are amazing. But from now on I’ll only get takeout because dining in always has so many problems.
Definitely gone down hill since opening. In fact, they are hardly open. We have gone several times to find a note on the door saying they are closed. Don’t waste your time! Definitely not worth going to! Food is greasy, they need to drain the meat.

Took my daughter in law and her mom to lunch on Saturday. Only one wait staff. Waitress did the best she could. Ordered 3 tacos, the fish taco was so salty it was not palatable. I asked for it to be taken off the bill. It wasn’t. Very disappointed. Will not be back. Will not recommend. C- food; D service.

I’ve come here multiple times recently to find that despite the hours posted on their door, their website, and Google that they were not actually open. Lights were on but nobody inside, no sign saying they were closed, and the door locked. They won’t answer their phone or even setup a message on it saying they’re closed. I guess they’re shutting down permanently or at least temporarily. The whole thing has been very frustrating after making the drive out here multiple times.
