Not open at posted time. It had lights on, people in there, but no one attempted to take an order or even communicate they weren't open yet. The automated system asked a question and then dead air. After wasting time, I pulled up to the window and 2 people were in there. They looked at me and continued going whatever they were doing until I pulled off.

I’m putting up a door dash and got kick out at 9:35am no lines no customer told restaurant doesn’t open up into 10am sometimes base off off what I was told by a new employee coming in but the door was unlocked then the cook came from behind to lock the door after me and the restaurant worker and manager when back to eating the food that should’ve when to customer…the older lady with bowl cut wig first tried to run away from her getting caught eating then came back smiling like whatever.. it’s sad because where I’m from The restaurant is open at 8am on the inside not 10am and the workers at that location are friendly and nice but I guess you pay for what you get because the Wendy’s by me in Novi knows how to run a business versus this location will be close soon or have new employees and sad thing is it wasn’t busy but their old and lazy. Hire new employees before it’s too late.

I did an online order for a peppermint shake, sat in the drive thru line, then was told at the window they don’t have any peppermint shakes. It needs to come off mobile ordering if it’s not available.

Ordered on the mobile app. At the drive-thru I was told that they didn't have any potatoes (I had ordered 2). They said they would substitute a couple of medium fries. I didn't get the fries either!

I was in the drive through and I was checking my food that I got everything..then a olderly white lady open the window and telling me to move with a rude voice that I am blocking the driveway.she was completely yelling at me...she is not giving me a second to see my order..her behavior was completely unprofessional . what kind of customer service is this..the way she treated me like i bought it for free..

Placed the order through the app. We have gone to this location previously and had no problems. Had to custom burgers. One is due to allergies one due to it makes me sick to have mayo on my sandwich. On the first sandwich, the no cheese one they put the cheese on it. First mistake. The second sandwich was supposed to be extra pickles, and that was it. They wiped the mayo off the bun of the second sandwich and then made it right. So I can't eat it. So, really losing on both ends, yes, they fixed it. Why should we have to come all the way back to the restaurant for this. Plus, the staff that cared for us in the first place tried giving us other peoples food.

Went here to get a biggie bag, Byron told me my total was 7.61. When I looked at my receipt the total was 16.21 they added a spicy chicken combo on here also. Will never come back there. They are SHADY AND

I have to say the food was hot and fresh the workers were fast and friendly but the manager arguing with the employees was too much they gave my order to someone else I wasn’t even bent outta of shape out of it.It was very demoralizing to see and embarrassing for a young worker to endure for an mistake.
