Went through drive thru, order Qrt Pounder delux with bacon and order of large fries. Got order my son looked in bag and said yep burger and fries. We get home he starts eating burger and told me that no bacon is on burger. I attempted to reach out, called them and phone said no one can come to the phone right now leave message. Well hours later no one reached out. So you disappointed my son, and took my money for bacon I never got it.

Ordered 2 regular mcchickens, 2 with only mayo & a medium fry.Waited in line for 10 mins and then was asked to pull into number 4 spot to wait.. another 25 mins passed by; at this point, I'm furious.....it DOESNT take this long to make fries and 4 sandwiches. Went inside and asked what was going on & they supposedly gave the food to the wrong people.. DISAPPOINTED in the service here.

I tent to use the drive through, but this time I went inside for my #1 (egg McMuffin) meal and coffee. I used the kiosk to order, which is super user friendly. My meal was served quickly, hot and my coffee the same. Lobby was very clean and the staff was friendly.

While it's not their fault the iced coffee is nasty since they added the new bold coffee. If I wanted it that strong I would have been going to Starbucks. I even tried paying for 3x the Caramel and it's still extremely bitter.

Sat here for 15 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and double filet with a diet coke for $13.01 and all I got was my drink and I was made late for work. Horrible service! Will never go back! I'd like to know how I get my money back?!

Went through drive thru that afternoon. Employees were a delight! Always are at this location. Food was good as usual. Prices are a bit too pricey these days. At and all this Location is really good!Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed like the doors would be big enough for a wheelchair to go through.
Did a mobile order. Male associate who brought the order out brought the baby white milk instead of chocolate. When I pointed out that I had ordered chocolate for the baby he said they only had white milk. Umm ok .. so he knew he was giving me the wrong item and wasn't going to say anything? Smh .. well I let it go but then I get home and look at the cap on the milk and it expired several days ago. Like seriously people???? Not only serving the wrong item but expired dairy products? What else are you using that's expired? Thank God I didn't give it to the baby!!!!! I tried to call and let them know but they just let the phone ring and never answer it.

Positive atmosphere, food was correct and in a timely manner. One of the few in Genesse county, that still meet McDonald's old style. Which I desperately miss.

I wish I could give zero stars. Every time I have gone Here They have closed early even though the website says they are open. Odds Are the places closed. Yet I often drive by throughout the week and they are open at the times they were closed the other nights. Top of that this place does a terrible job preparing and presenting sandwiches. Try to avoid this location if you can or go up the road towards flushing. It's worth a few extra minute drive.
