Employees are extremely lazy, unprofessional, rude, negative and judgemental, they openly talk n make fun of customers and could care less If the customers hear.
The fruity flamboyant black dude who works the window at night brings his entitled attitude to work with him/her. I didn't say a word to him/her but he/she threw my straw into my car and then gave me my drink with the lid off and didn't even say a word to me. I understand you might have had a bad night with some awful rude customers but i didn't say anything at all to your entitled self. Stay at home do some gay onlyfans if you can't handle real work in the real world, or at least just take it out on the ones who made you mad in the first place princess.

They always are kind and don't get annoyed with my special requests. I can't eat spicy and they always get it right or if they don't they will make it right with you. This is really the only taco bell I go to. Thank you and keep up the great customer service and
I had an online order and well they didn’t give me my chalupa, when i called it took a half hour for someone to answer. The man that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional he hung up on me twice telling me to stop calling and one time he was just breathing heavy and then hung up. When he finally talked to me i told him what my issue was and he asked me if i had my receipt i again told him that i ordered on line but he continued to ask me if i had my receipt… i finally couldn’t deal with him anymore and i informed him that i would just talk to a manager in the morning…I go to this Taco Bell almost every day but with service like this i might have to find another one to go to.
