This place is not for vegans, not a single option was there for people like me....absolutely hated this place and don't recommend it for anyone who don't want to eat dairy.

We love Kilwins, whether it is in Frankfort, Traverse City, Fort Lauderdale. The chocolate is made to perfection and served up quickly with a smile. The store is always clean and tidy. I love the over the top gourmet apples on a stick dipped in chocolate and garnished with yummy nuts & caramel. I always grab some chocolate by the pound. Be sure to stop in Kilwins. It's a Michigan staple.

I Waited 10 minutes to get a Caramel apple. I walked out because all 4 employees were scooping ice cream instead of have 1 of the 4 employees working the fudge counter. Very disappointed because I live about an hour from Frankfort

Bought 2 turtles and a prepackaged box of chocolate Carmel's ($16.99). Left store, ate a carnal and it was stale. Very hard. Returned to store. Guy that just sold them to us said they are in code. I asked to return as they did not taste good. He said no. (Middle age guy with short dark beard). Guess customer is not right in this location. Turtles were great.

Purchased candy that was stale. Owner refused refund 5 minutes after purchase. Argued candy was within code and tasted hard because it was cold. Lol. Left a snarky response to my google review. I'm glad his business model of arguing with customers works for him.

We have been to locations in FL so we recognized the name. HAD to stop in for a 'slice' of fudge and some candies! We were so full from a delicious pasta dinner that we actually didn't get ice cream!
My husband and I went today to get brownie flurries.They messed up and gave us something completely different, we thought it would be no big deal we’d just have them fix it. But the lady was very rude and refused to fix it and said if we wanted to get it fixed we would have to go to the back of the line.Just get ice cream somewhere else that’s willing to work with you…
