asked for wrong drink and they remade it so quickly and courteously it was amazing. I spilled half in parking lot, all my fault. They would've made another if I asked I just went home. Great staff

Got a gingerbread oatmilk chai. It was made wrong and I asked for it to be remade. They remade it the same way. It tasted like oatmilk with a hint of chai. I ended up throwing it out. I've ordered this drink from here before as well as other Starbucks and understand what it's supposed to be like. I was told that they are supposed to be putting in five pumps of flavor and there was only three put in both times. Better training. Could fix some issues here

Wasted my time making me a cold drink instead of a hot one. Didn't tell me until after it was made they were unable to do hot beverages. I mentioned they should have a sign if they fail to mention that and was rudely pointed to a promotion sign that nobody ever looks at stating no hot drinks. Put that sign by the checkout. Not on a promotional blackboard on the freaking ground.
