Great pizza and subs but they can be a little arrogant and less accommodating at times. Don't count on the scheduled closing time. Still one of the better pizzas in Grand Rapids though.
Great pizza but horrible management/service. Constantly waiting over 20 minutes for my pizza when I arrive on time. No apologies ever! Half the time my order is wrong and I just put up with it because it’s a good pizza. Owners son just yells at staff in front of customers.

Though we like their pizza, I will not be back. They are terribly organized. I ordered a pizza online, went to pick it up when they said it would be ready (50 minutes) and when I got there it had not been made and I had to wait another 20 minutes. This has happened to me before. I was not the only one that it happened to last night. Very disappointing. Maybe they should skip online orders until they can figure out how to handle them.

Haven't reviewed again in a few years. Still consistently REALLY Good. Got 4 pies when they opened today and all were perfect. It looked like a nice crew working behind the counter. Thanks folks!

Saturday around 430p, ordered wings and mozz sticks and 2 pizza’s. Paid over phone, was super sketch w price, told me 2 diff totals, tried to add tip for pick up? I asked for receipt and was promised one. Then picking up the guy said receipt in bag, it wasn’t. Food was horrible, wings freezer burnt and mozz sticks cold barely cooked. Total was over $75, will never go back. This place is a rip off. Save your $$ and go somewhere else.
