This pizza was great! I got the supreme and the bread was fluffy and cooked to perfection and the toppings were so tasty. The cheese almost slid off the slice it was so good and the breadsticks were a great compliment to the pizza! Get there early if you want a seat.

This was our first time here. Will definitely come back. We brought our young kids and were very comfortable with the family safe atmosphere. The cheesy bread sticks were some of the best we've ever had. The pizza was excellent. The staff was fun and friendly.

First time eating at Big O’s. The first two drinks we ordered were out of stock. We ordered a 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni pizza. If there was sausage on the pizza, I could not find it. The crust was absolutely black. The waitress never once came to our table and checked on us or how the food was. We will not ever be back.

I ordered online a couple of weeks ago and when I received my pizza 30 minutes late it was burnt. I didn't care so much it was late but being burnt is unacceptable. When I called they gave the assurance I would get a refund for the trouble. Now I can't even get anyone to reach back out to me. Nobody cared to make it right.

The pizza at Big O's is the closest to New York pizza in Grand Rapids. The crust is foldable, the sauce is tangy and perfect.
If you like pizza this is your place to be. It's close to everything and caters to everyone. Pizza ,pop, or alcohol you are covered. Love that it smells good, the music selection is trendy and the prices are reasonable for what you get. I recommend the margherita pizza paired with a Tommy's Margarita to keep with the theme.

There was a street happy-hour sign that said $2 draft beer and craft cocktails but that's not true. They claim not to have a happy hour even with a street sign displaying they do.

Big O has changed. They now offer only pizza and salad. The food Italian dinners are no longer available. We walked in and were then patrons. We were given menus and told "find me at the bar to place your food order." All the while we looked at the menu, the staff person stared at us from the bar and waited for us to walk up and order. So service is gone, too. How long before you are asked to make your own meal? Pizza had plenty of veggies but almost no sauce of any kind, and the salad was weird. The Caesar salad has no croutons - instead it has crouton dust. I can't recommend Big O any longer and won't be back.
