The cigar selection and prices are poor. The new kid said he'd only been there 4-weeks and had zero knowledge on cigars. I applaud him for his honesty, but management should spend time training him. Drink prices are also quite high. $29 for a glass of $12 a bottle wine and $22 for a mixed drink. The decor is nice, but the humidor needs a serious upgrade. If you are advertising a premier experience, your selection should be better. Also, only staying open until 11pm on a Friday seems odd as well. Not sure if this is a cigar lounge on life-support or something else. The air handling system could also use a serious investment. Quite smokey. The staff was pleasant and the decor was comfortable, past that I would recommend going elsewhere.

12/16/23 We decided to give Bold a try for my sons 21st birthday. We were greeted kindly, shown to our table where we started a tab for our group. Our waitress was the owners wife who was prompt, made fabulous drinks and was also very friendly. The place is very clean and classy. Good selection of cigars in the humidor. We drove over an hour to check it out and we'll definitely be back! Love the atmosphere and vibe! Great job Bold!

The customer service was great, very friendly. However, the order of the service was a bit odd. We were sat and had to order drinks first, then get a cigar. But it took a while to get our drinks and then get back up to get the cigar. And I was almost given the incorrect drink, I'm happy the bartender repeated what the manager told her I ordered. But she was gracious and made the correct one. They had a TV and a good amount of seating! Very upscale feel.
I've you like high end or the upscale atmosphere this is your spot. It's probably the most of every lounge Ive been too. I've been to a lot in the US. They have many RP brands so they started off well. Wasn't crowded and very spacious. Go to for a date night or getting to know someone. The air quality and lighting were immaculate. Not a everyday for me but for some it would be perfect.

The best music I’ve never had in a cigar lounge. The selection of cigars is not really huge, but enough for having some decent ones. To have a bar also helps on giving the 5 stars. A place I’ll came each time I’ll be back on GRR.

I came in out of town and was greeted by a very knowledgeable and kind worker who took my drink and cigar order. The ambiance in here is very relaxing and chill, it's the perfect cigar and bourbon lounge. The seating is really good, the humidor is awesome and they have a really good selection of fine cigars. i have been to quite a few cigar lounges in the United States and this one is in my top 3. Highly recommend a stop in. The El Jefe cocktail is amazing, it paired perfectly with my cigar!

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by Al (THE OWNER) with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about cigars, helping me find the perfect one to enjoy. The lounge itself is well-maintained and has a great selection of cigars, The service was prompt and friendly, making me feel right at home. Overall, my experience here was exceptional, and I can't wait to visit again on my next trip to Michigan. If you're a cigar lover, this place is a hidden gem that deserves your attention, Thank you to the staff for making my visit memorable. Highly recommended!

Terrible business practices, charges $25 to let us know there’s a $50 minimum per person and we cant wear what we’re wearing. Like someone else said, go to wild bills or anywhere else to save your money
