Well first they give small portions for such a high price & they ran out of a lot of things which is fine... but at least tell people that ! I picked up my order & was told nothing... & then i felt like all I had was sour cream.. it was so much.

Terrible customer service - i work retail, i know we all have bad days…but not saying a word to me as im at the counter yet 5 workers are staring at me as if im in the wrong place is insane. You cant say hi? How can i help you? I have to be the one to ask for help as if you’re not staring at me with dirty looks already? I’m never the type to complain but there is clearly cliques at this store that try to intimidate customers. Yall need to do better. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. Dont put mobile orders behind the counter if you’re gonna have an attitude with people asking you for their food they paid for. Food was bomb tho! Wouldnt even give the workers 1 star, if i could id give them no stars. ??‍♀️

Stale chips and hard rice. Rude workers. No Ice in fountain drink machine. Not sure what is going on but they do not care at this location. Dont bother. Too many better lunch places around.

Don't go for lunch rush, go before or afterThey were hella busy, like 20+ minutes behind around noon. Portion sizes were abnormally small, probably due to lunch rush. Otherwise it's your standard Chipotle.

The entire inside was DISGUSTING. The trash was over flowing on each side of the restaurant, the floors were covered with trash and food, the drink station was completely

Just ate there yesterday, March 3rd. Food was very good but the restaurant looks like a dump. All the tables were filthy and no one cleaned them after people left. The floors were filthy with trash and dirt. It looks like it's leaking somewhere into the hallway because there was a big puddle of something. If the Health Department came in, they would close the place down. You have a young staff that isn't being trained properly. What a dump.

Last week came in Wednesday evening. Place was fairly busy, but every table was filthy and the napkin holders were empty. Today there is 1 person taking/building orders and checking people out. They rarely have fajita vegetables. Will see if they have any today. Nope no fajita vegetables AGAIN!!

9:10 P.M. 2/25. Lady working this shift has the sorriest attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. She was rude, angry and had such a negative mindset. If you don’t wanna work don’t schedule a shift. It was such a sorry experience. She was aggressive when I asked for typical items and always had comments to say. Fire her. So horrendous. Only good part was the guy at the register with glasses who was kind and patient. I asked if they had chips she said no, he went to go get the chips for me. She’s such a horrible employee and is most definitely the reason many customers don’t enjoy their experiences at this chipotle. Again if you are gonna have a sorry attitude why are you working.
