Quaint bar setting in downtown, could definitely use some updating with the stained ceiling tiles and older furniture. The fireplace is nice and cozy if you can get a seat close by. Unfortunately the food is hit or miss. The dip we had was great with plenty of chips, but the poutine was bad, very thick cut potatoes, few cheese curds, and thin watery gravy, we did not finish it.

Very dark inside which I I enjoy if you have trouble seeing or wear glasses, you may need to use your phone flashlight to read the menu. Me and my wife stopped in for lunch. We got the cottage burger and waffle fries plus a Coke. I was surprised when my bill came out to $52.. the waffle fries tasted like they had the flavor of bad oil and in my opinion the burger was not that great.The burger patty was small. I enjoy good food and don’t mind paying fort it but when I left here, I felt like I was robbed.
