Very respectful manager believe his name was Caleb, very fast, outgoing, and his customer service skills were unmatched. I'll definitely be going back to this specific Domino's. My food was still hot.

First time I ordered after an hr and a half of waiting I called the store and they told me another 30 minutes until it would be delivered. So I picked it up myself. Now today my pasta had no sauce and the bread bowl was extremely undercooked. I will not order here again.

I order from the Lake Drive location at least 3 times a week. The Customer Service is Excellent. The Staff always make sure my food is Hot! Even when I order delivery the Drivers are always nice. I even love how some of the drivers will call me by name. Keep up the good work!!!

Everything was good except 1 pizza I ordered was pepperoni and bacon. They must have forgotten the bacon and warmed some up and just threw it on my pizza. When I got home and checked my pizzas it was black burnt clumps of bacon scattered all over. When I picked up a slice all the burnt bacon fell off the pizza. All they had to do is reheat more bacon. They didn't care enough.Parking: Absolutely nowhere to park

As others have said the food takes forever.Short staffed, but this has been well over a year so something is not going well here.Ordered a pizza and it said it would take 20 minutes and it took an hour. Was told they only have one drive.Drive forgot the soda.Waited 10 minutes on hold to get it refunded. The manager informed me "the owner is in the process of finding more staff."I told him this has been happening for a very long time and he said nothing. They did refund me for the soda.

They were extremely understaffed. The people that showed up were working hard but I still had to sit there for 1 hour and 15 minutes past the time the website said to pick up my order. They also shorted me a pizza and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back about it. Hard to be mad at the employees when they're working short, easy to be mad at the management that can't staff the store properly.
I ordered online and it said it would be 20-30 minutes. After 50 minutes the online tracker still said the pizza hasn’t been made so I called. After being on hold several times and being called the wrong name, I was told my pizza hadn’t been made and I could wait or go in to pick it up. When I asked whether I could just cancel and the charge would be reversed the employee was a little short with me (“that’s the plan”). I would not recommend ordering from here, it just seems like a management and system mess. I recommend Gino’s, Harmony, Quarantines or Franca’s which are all better run and in the same area.

Had to order 20 pizzas for a wedding. Don, asnt. Mgr. was VERY helpful and professional. We are getting way better pizza and delivery from this location than their competition at LC.

I've ordered from this dominos multiple times, and have never had an issue until tonight. Ordered and was told it would be 20 minutes. It ended up being over a hour wait. Watched a worker not pay attention and let our garlic knots drop on the floor, but luckily they gave us different ones when they realized we saw them fall. To top it off, the delivery car was parked behind two cars not in a spot, which made it near impossible to leave the parking lot. Would rather drive to a farther dominos then deal with this again.
