Been sitting here for over 2 hours and just got our food 5 minutes ago. Our group of 6 ordered 2 beers, 1 cocktail and waters and waited 45 minutes to finally go up to the bar and have them make our drinks there. Used to be a big fan but very disappointed in how server and manager handled everything.

We chose to ring in New Year 2024 at this location. There is a pay to park parking lot right next to the building which makes for a quick entrance and exit. The facility was decorated with a New Year's theme. Live DJ, large dance floor right by the door and a bottle of champagne at the table we reserved. We ordered the steak bites and the shrimp appetizer to munch on while we enjoyed our champagne and took in the surroundings. We got there around 8:00 p.m and left after midnight. The crowd is extremely diverse on this particular night. Our waitress was very attentive even though it was extremely busy. The cost was under $100 for food and beverages. The facility was clean and entertaining.

The food was not bad, the waitress was great. However, when the bill arrived, some of the items on the bill were higher than shown in the menu (outdated menu?). Also, there was a "surcharge" listed on the bill. When I inquired what the surcharge was for, the waitress indicated that she had no clue (although she said that "everyone always asks about that!").

Didn’t accept my 26 year old husbands ID because we are from Indiana. Aren’t informed on nearby states legal issued IDs. Disappointed. Received several snarky comments when we cancelled our 10 group order to leave. Rather go to the Tin Can who are informed.

12/7/23, 5:45PM - Our paryt of six arrived for some food and drinks before a 7:30 show at the Intersection. Interestingly, reservations were made the day before but upon arrival the crew was clueless about prior reservations and suggested we sit wherever we wanted. Since the place was virtually empty, we chose to slide a couple tables together in the front room.Emily served us and reminded that happy hour was still on for 16 minutes. OK, let's go, and we ordered a round of drinks and water.. Half the order was delivered, and to get the remainder of the order, we needed to ask. Then, one of the staff handed us a Quesedilla order that as later discovered to be for the table next to us. 30 minutes after arrival, the remainder of the happy hour drink order arrived, after which we realized that the happt hour special was 50% off with 1/2 size glasses. I kid you not. So, seeing how this was going to evolve, we ordered another round and food. 30 minutes later (1 hour after arrival), the drinks had not yet arrived so I made inquiries to Emily who was manipulating the server app/ tablet behind the bar. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager which I gladly obliged. Shortly thereafter, 4 of the six drinks arrived but one was incorrect, with the food to follow shortly thereafter. The manager was apologetic, but vociferously stated that they were short staffed. OK, but the entire joint had 6-8 people at the bar, another party of 6, and another table of 4 patrons. I understand service degradation when a business is busy and when staff are not what is needed. However, there were 4 staff plus whoever was in the kitchen. I asked about their takeout demand and was referred to the staffing issue. This was just about the worst service our entire party has ever experienced.
