Just took my 17 year Olds to see kai wachi. Was beyond excited he's one of my favorites. Dropped 150 on tickers got 5 ppl in. Bought a hundred dollar vip table. Spend 100 dollars on drinks for the night. Ooo and two hundred in merch . Merch guy days hey kai will come out at the end of the show and do pictures and sign autographs! Ooo bet!... show ends lights kick on and all you van hear is the bouncers screaming get out. We're closed. Wait by the rail for Kai. Grabbed and told I need to leave. I'm like oo ok. Then I see the man himself coming out and I turn back around to get shoved and told no. But the mech guy said..bouncer proceeds to push me and tell me he doesn't care and I need to leave. So.e might think it was because I was drunk or rolling g. I only had 4 drinks spent a spent most of the money on water for my kids and wife. Highly disappointed with this.

Security helped jump me with a guy that sucker punched me outside the venue. Had a seizure and had to be rushed to the hospital after losing so much blood. Lawsuit will definitely be coming.

It was great courteous staff that helped me out when I fainted due to being old and not being to a concert in 20 years. They could not have been nicer and more professional will for sure come back again.

I LOVE The Intersection!! It's my absolute FAVORITE venue! Staff is always amazing. Reserving a table is my favorite way to go. Security is usually pretty good about keeping it VIP only but sometimes people try to sneak up there. This Saturday during Peekaboo the security guy Calvin was doing AMAZING at keeping it VIP only. He was friendly to us and stern to those trying get in. We pay good money for the tables so I appreciate when security keeps those who haven't paid out from that area.

Me and my friends got a table for Peekaboo and if you dont have a table you're not allowed in the vip area (obviously) but your security guard Calvin needs a raise. He was killing it all night monitoring the people who kept trying to sneak by without a wrist band. People would think they were sly and he'd come outta nowhere like "wristband?!" Great dude and a good worker! He made me and my friends feel very safe.
Had a blast at The Intersection in Grand Rapids seeing the solid pink disco! Great venue, incredible vibes. 5 stars all the way!

I've always loved The Intersection for shows!I took my 9 year old daughter to her first show last night and we had the most wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional and I am really grateful. Her first concert was a really great experience! Highly recommend
